But what if you did have to pick between the frustrating lawyer and the adorkable police officer? In this feature, we ask you to make the difficult decisions — and we aren’t limiting our options to dreamy oppas.

WOULD YOU RATHER #52 RESULTS
Another Would You Rather poll with a clear winner, but I can’t say that I’m terribly surprised that more Beanies would prefer a job that gets them behind-the-scenes access to their favorite dramas. Of course, as @asianromance pointed out, the job wouldn’t be all sunshine and fawning over oppas (as shown in Be Melodramatic), but most Beanies indicated that they would prefer an indirect sales job more than one where they had to have one-on-one contact with the sales person.
Plus, as much as we groan whenever there’s obvious PPL in our dramas, @ceciliedk and @aicaramba figured it would be more fun being the one trying to creatively insert random products into dialogue. And, depending on what kind of person you are, you could either be someone who strives to make the PPL blend into the scene as seamlessly as possible or someone, like @abalyn, who intentionally aims to make it hilarious and memorable for viewers.
As for selling adult toys and lingerie, well, that seemed to be more appealing to our extroverted Beanies, like @jerrykuvira and @britney, who’d rather have the freedom and autonomy to make their own schedule — and avoid arguments with diva-like actors and writers who refuse to incorporate the PPL.

In all defense of the particular choice of vampire, Lee Soo Hyuk as a vampire in Scholar is the single hottest thing I've seen in any drama, regardless of period of country. The flair was unparalleled.

You can only safely date a vampire if you happen to be a vampire slayer.
And Anya - as Ex-demon and then again demon - was a far better person than Xander ever could be, she was always very honest with her emotions and opinions and always on his side and very supportive.
So we have a blood sucker who will drain the life out of you with extra drama on one side and a supportive, loving, supernatural being on the other side: I'll take the demon.
Thinking of Kdrama vampires, you would also get the King of Stupid Decisions with your vampire (Heartbeat), so I'm sticking with My Demon.

I used to do regular rewatches :) so it's not really outstanding … . I loved Buffy and Angel, and looking at the comments here, I'm not the only one :)

I wouldn't say she was a better person than Xander, she was just infinitely more honest on account of her vast inexperience in dealing with social interactions. Xander was the superglue of the scoobies in all his ordinariness. But Anya was indeed endearing and always did try her best at whatever. Speaking of which, I would like to bring out the fact that there are more lovable demons in Buffy than vampires OR witches. Anya, the Mayor, Cleff, the singing demon in Once More With Feeling. They proved that demons come in all forms and colour but mostly always better than vampires who were juvenile despite old.
God, I miss Buffy... Good times.

Hard to choose. There are a couple of things that push me a little towards favoring dating a demon:
1. more interesting powers
2. life doesn't depend on the blood supply availability. It is hard getting blood, and I'd feel bad about him tapping the blood banks.
3. daytime dates (though I guess there are UV-protection clothing and sunscreen for vampires)
Also mosquitoes - nature's vampires - don't really like me, so I wonder about the chances of me even getting a vampire interested in dating me.

A demon is an evil spirit or devil, esp. one thought to possess a person or act as a tormentor in hell; a cruel, evil, or destructive person or thing.
A vampire is defined as a corpse supposed, in European folklore, to leave its grave at night to drink the blood of the living by biting their necks with long pointed canine teeth; or a person who preys ruthlessly on others.
Even if you use the secondary definition of each, why date a a cruel, evil, destructive person or a person who preys ruthlessly on others. Both are extremely toxic. Hard pass on this poll.

I'm a bad girl, so both options are fine as long as I'm satisfied with everything else. Purely objectively demon boyfriend seems a bit more practical though - vampires, depending on lore, requite higher maintenance with their sun allergy, specific diet, coffin bedding etc, and I prefer to be the high maintenance one in relationship^^

In the demon stakes, I don't remember a great deal from My Demon, but I doooo remember Song Kang finding any excuse to take his shirt off 🤣😲
The BTS also mentioned that he was so proud of all the gym work he'd done, he was constantly asking his castmates how good they thought his muscles looked.👏🤛

What? Demons are far more varied in kind, some just handsome devils, some with scales, some green with horns, some snakeshaped, even shapeshifters ... There's practically no set boundaries for what kinds of powers some demon can have and how they can look.

drama idea: a witch is looking for a mate, so she dates all these but there is always some problem.
or, it is a "hire a friend" service ( not boyfriend/ girlfriend, just like dinner companion or to pick up from work, or pick up laundry etc. no romantic interest, but a mutual growth and finding yourself thing. maybe the supernaturals are under parole and working their sins off for community service to humans. "sometimes everyone needs a friend."

In terms of dating: The vampire is cold and must stay away from sunlight whereas the Demon is not. This means huggable and sweet walks under the sun. The vampire's kisses should taste like iron. I don't know what demons eat but at least the diet might be a bit more diverse and the kisses a bit sweeter. I'd definitely choose the demon given these factors.

If we’re going by the lore of the dramas pictured, I’d go vampire. Demons have to answer to a higher power and get sent straight to hell if anyone were to find out we’re dating, so that seems pretty time-limited at best. Once you figure out a vampire’s specific needs I don’t think it would be that hard, and sunny days are overrated anyway. Plus, the guyliner.

If we go for the Vamp in Schoolar Who Walks at Night VS Justitia in Judge from Hell, I will choose Justitia. Every single time.
She's fun, got style, and has a crew to clean all of her mess. And she likes kdramas!
That vamp... he was kinda annoying I think... I don't remember him, tbh. And that says everything. Dude had zero impact on me.
Besides, making a demon fall for you means to get protection from all the BS from the "other side" or "hell" or wtv. That's a plus since Gabriel isn't doing me any favors in this lifetime. So, at least my demon wouldn't let me become colateral damage of some big plan, right? ...Right?
And I don't think I'm a vampire's type anyway. I heard they're obsessed with teenagers, and I've been legal for a few years now... Or maybe k-vamps are different? LOL

Justitia is fun, but LSH ended up being my third most fav character in Scholar! (after the younger king and queen) He had a lovely broody self-loathing thing going on, a desperate desire to be loved, and an absolute inability to figure out how to go about it. Plus, I don't know that I've ever seen anyone wear the king's dragon robe with less care or more flair!

I have no real reason really for vampire. So many of you have great reasons for demons , but I think I am just more attracted to vampires. Maybe I just think vampire folklore is more interesting. Demons are always extracted from Christianity in the most shallow way, and they often lose a lot of their symbolic meaning.
