Where is the thread? I’m following the drama loosely, and I think its a good show. But I’m not too attached to it, and would love to read a little about what people think of it.
People are used to treat their eyes dramas about love stories that might never happen in real world but too afraid to see something that is happening around us everyday!
These kinda issues should be talked and pictured in dramas to raise awareness more often.
I’ve learned so much from LAITA and I recommended it to everyone specially married couples around me.
P.s I love the cinematography and the OSTs and Lee Sang Yeob and the rest of the actors are killing it♥️
Man, Waikiki didn’t deserve more episodes but it almost seems like it needed it, they really dragged it out and then crammed it all into the last 20 minutes
That’s exactly what it felt like, which is weird because the characters basically had no storylines other than their romantic relationships (with the exception of maybe Jun Ki)
They could’ve spent more together as a group and show their friendship on screen like in the first season. The girls didn’t have many comedy scenes with each other and didn’t have the chance to go full on comedy (Go Won Hee set the bar high).
WOW the pacing in Confession is amazing, nothing gets dragged out for too long. Everytime I think we\’re gonna have an episode of misunderstandings everyone just sits down and shares their information, it really pushes the plot along in such a refreshing way. Plus the cliffhangers at the end are so satisfying!
I liked it. It was a slow burn show, best watched live. I don’t know if it felt boring to some but to me it was the show I tuned into when I needed to relax. It is ironic that the premise was fantasy but I found the show to be very real. Very real husband-wife interactions and surprisingly very real villain. I know people want their villains to be completely bad but I liked how the drama showed the progress of a completely fine person turning into evil, it doesn’t happen overnight and the person went through his personality changing issues too like he questioned himself. The first 4 episodes were great but it did go downhill after that but still a good show for me.
One of the memorable dramas for me in 2017. I specially like the filming techniques they utilize. All the one, long, continuous scenes are my favorite.
I love this director for his longggggg continuous scenes. He lets the actors adlib for long stretches. I think his previous leads had better chemistry that made the scenes more interesting but this pair started off a bit awkward. In the later half of the drama, I think they improved their interactions.
I had a complicated relationship with it. I loved it and enjoyed it (despite not watching the last two episodes) but I just felt very uncomfortable with how the relationship started and couldn’t really root for them. However, once they got it over with, I started to really enjoy it.
I liked it. Probably because I’m sort of a fan of this director. The pace is a bit slow for a time traveling drama so many people got disappointed. If you watch it like a very heart wrenching “man goes through hell to save his wife” romance, it’s absolutely beautiful.
I really enjoyed the slow burn romance and it was perfect for a live-watch. I guess many people expected it to be more thrilling, given that it’s a time-travel show. I do have criticism for the time-travel bit, because its mechanisms were not well-explained or developed until the end… but the drama was mostly enjoyable, and ofc incredibly good-looking.

It’s just the comment section under the episodes on the illegal sites, a lot of it is unrelated to the show and just people being mean to eachother
