Next, @ally-le this song by The Rose is absolutely beautiful and the vocals are mindblowing. It does have a slower tempo, but it reminds of a song that you would slow dance to as your first dance together. I hope you enjoy listening to it @azzo1 <3

      I’m sorry, I don’t understand your comment. Are you saying that EXO’s song doesn’t have that meaning or are you referencing something else in my post? If it’s about the meaning, I was reading the lyrics and I got the impression that they refer to being with someone for life through the twists and turns, good and bad times. But, I could’ve interpreted them wrong! I’m curious on what you think!

        Ahh sorry for the confusion! In your above post I said The Rose’s vocals never get old. Then I scrolled down to this one and I was like, “Ahh EXO’s vocals never get old either.” I was just carrying on a little conversation with myself 😆.
        As for the meaning of the lyrics, I haven’t read them yet, but I’m sure they fit Azzo’s story perfectly!

I finished ep 16 of FoS just in time and that was the most satisfying ending in a drama. I can understand why so many people were requesting that second season. That last episode was perfectly written, no one can convince me otherwise. The dialogue, the emotions, the smiles, everything fit just right and I loved every minute.

I definitely agree with ep 14 being tortuous to get through, I think I cried during about 80% of that one and I needed a tissue box next to me. But, that episode showcased all of the nuances in each character and the actors did a marvelous job portraying them. The good guys, the bad guys, and everyone in between had so much depth, it was beautiful to watch.

This drama was spectacular in all regards and is in my top 10. The direction, writing, cinematography, soundtrack, and acting were excellent and combined is unparalleled.

I’m already feeling withdrawal symptoms so I think I’m going to binge watch all of the season 1 behind the scenes videos to get me out of this slump before S2 starts. I’m ready to watch more Shimok and Yeojin moments.

I just finished ep 13 of FoS and I don\’t know how to feel. That ending really got to me and I was tearing up. I\’m not ready to start ep 14 since I\’ve heard that\’s the most heart-wrenching/worst (in terms of feels) episode of the show. Help.

I know everyone’s indulging in IOTNBO’s final eps but I just have to share my appreciation for FoS. Hwang Shimok and Han Yeojin is the duo I never knew I needed and I love their moments – definitely my favorite parts of each episode and plus, just look at that smile!! I’m melting 😍 Their friendship is just perfect and I’m 100% here for it.

I just reached the halfway mark and everything about the drama is done so well. The casting, plot, characters, everything about everyone is nuanced and I’m very invested. I absolutely love what the writers/directors/crew did for the characters. There are layers upon layers characterizing everyone. Even the supporting character with minimal screentime is given at least a little bit in regards to their motivations and I truly appreciate it. I think that’s what makes this drama so hyped up and I wholeheartedly agree.

    I’m sooo happy I have season 2 of FoS to look forward to after the ending of IOTNBO. Which reminds me, I seriously need to rewatch the first season. Seeing HSM and HYJ smiling together is all I need in this world. Can’t wait to see them working together again next week and hopefully going out to eat as well <3

    I rewatched this show just last week with SO much excitement! It was like it was brand new and I just gobbled it up and loved it!
    Shimok and Han Yeojin are sooo so very precious as a duo!
    I can’t wait for next weekend!

          Honestly!! The hype is carrying from the first to the second so I can only imagine how many people are going to be hurt by S2 not living up to the expectations and the stress the S2 cast is experiencing from trying to create an exceptional S2 (it’s impossible to not have expectations though 😬)

This is sort of a random thought that I’m having just before sleeping haha and I’m not sure when the last time something like this was done (if it was recent, please let me know because I really don’t want to be redundant), but I’m curious in looking at the demographics of DB whether it be by age or location or gender or anything really. Does this seem like something you’d be interested in?

I just finished Psychopath Diary and I don’t know how they did it, but they really pulled off a thriller-comedy and I loved it. YSY was hilarious and the switches between his personalities were amazing LOL Though, I think I now need to watch Memorials to see PSH in a non-serial killer role…

      You should definitely give it a try!! The first couple episodes are very interesting because of the unnatural thriller-comedy combo and it took me several eps to get used to it, but once I did I thoroughly enjoyed it!

It seemed really scary when I first started, but looking back after everything is over, I’ve realized that most of the process is so arbitrary it’s not worth stressing out over at all.         Although a MLFAS level steamy shower scene might be a good contender to top THAT SCENE. But with Gang Tae’s situation, the boy can’t afford a Do Min level luxurious glassed shower space let alone the hot shower.

        I adore Healer and Just Between Lovers. Really liked Goblin and it was a right show at the right time type thing. Plus, Gong Yoo.
        And really enjoyed Romance is a Bonus Book.

          Healer is such a classic, I’d rewatch any day. I feel the same about Goblin, plus the comedy factor was great lol The storylines of JBL and RIABB were absolutely amazing too. I think I binged both of them 🙂

        I always detested sagaeuks until Do Kyungsoo started in 100 days my prince. I watched it loved the whole historical thingy. Since then I have watched two others, rookie and Moon embracing sun. I LOVED THE LATTER! maybe I’ll watch QSD too.

    Makes sense! They do tend to drag after it’s already been established that they’ll end up together and then it just feels like a random mess of obstacles that the writer just wants to include. But, I guess, I enjoy all the cutesy moments lol

    I really liked her look when her character was introduced in the first episode, when she was eating steak. But my absolute favorite has been her bohemian look from eps 4 to 5. That white Zimmermann dress looked so divine her. The side braid was a nice touch.
