    I just FF watched ‘As Beautiful as you’ and I really hope his next drama has him playing a playful character.

      will not watch that then, he definitely suits a playful character better. In BCE, he was good but the focus of that drama is the mom-daughter relationship so not much from him xD

        His role in ABAY is better that BCE tbh. We got some good swoony moments and a decent amount of OTP scenes and kisses. Even here the focus is on her career growth.

    The only reason I’ve not started AMA this entire time is because I know he’s dubbed in this one. The next Xu Kai drama I”m thinking about watching is As Beautiful As You even though the setting seems similar to Best Choice Ever (modern/contemporary and he has an office job/is a CEO ML)

      Totally understandable but eventually the voice grows in you bcs he’s such a dork. Might see clips of that one since Blue reccs it xD

        I agree, eventually the dubbed voice does grow on the viewer if we keep watching the drama. That’s what it’s like for me right now as I am watching Til the End of the Moon and the FL’s voice (Bai Lu) is dubbed– I’ve gotten used to it. On the plus side, many dubbed C-dramas nowadays at least put in the effort to at least try to match the voice actor’s (actress’) voice to be as close as possible to the person they’re dubbing

The Midnight Romance in Hagwon First, I love that English title did\’t translate Hagwon, though the Korean title is totally different from it.

Second, Wi Ha-joon! Man, were we that deprived of seeing him in a rom-com? Is this rom-com? Have not seen any promos aside from the main leads IG posts. That smile!

Third, I\’ve always loved JRW\’s acting and I\’m here for it!

An OST is stuck in my brain and I can\’t get the full song out! UGH the worst part? I only know like 2 bars of the song and it doesn\’t even have a lyrics yet TT__TT Some scenes are playing in my brain but it\’s a blur TT__TT Let\’s hope my subconscious brain will figure it out and I\’ll have some answers tomorrow or maybe never…

    The action scenes were slick but sometimes the bgm takes me out.

    KNG definitely had more chemistry with Lee Ho-jung than Seohyun. Granted Seohyun’s character doesn’t have much. Side-eye though that she didn’t catch Yoon’s name when she was in that box (maybe you can’t hear a thing inside a box, oh well). Lee Ho-jung’s character definitely had more to work on and damn ain’t she a badass! Also, why wasn’t this the FL? This could have been way more interesting and the trajectory of the romance had more potential than Hee-Shin.

    My fingers were itching for a fast forward button the entirety of this scene. Argghh… I can’t with the secondhand embarrassment in this show. I guess it’s a disguise in blessing that Wild Animal was so far down the popularity list that all this absurdity wouldn’t go boom through the entire nation.

It’s my sister’s birthday. We went out for a day trip to the south.
Sun was out. Sky was clear. A little chilly but the sun gave that warmth and made it perfect. Family was out with kids running around. My sister removed her shoes and ran around as well, playing with the waves. It was perfect. It was lovely to see her smile and laugh. And I wish today will be one of those days my sister will remember when things get tough.

There are certain songs that calms me down whenever I start to feel all emotions.
Not surprisingly, these songs are either from Arashi or BTS. Grateful that Arashi has finally put their music on streaming apps (after almost 20yrs in the industry) and of course, BTS always has been. But when it comes to BTS, their Soundcloud discography is what I always turn on. One of the songs is RM-V’s 4 o’clock. Such a lovely song.
