Finished my RDTK 2 Medicap. After having gone through it, it’s a lot more accurate than I first realised. Compared to Epi 1 of RDTK 1 for sure. Haha (Can’t forget poop-in-face!)

      I thought it would be worse, but really nice to read your blog.
      I also don’t understand the urge all these doctors (Apart from Kim Sabu, of course) have to put in risk their patients, like taking the wrong medication for nausea, or arguing about a procedure and not doing it…

        Thank you 😊 there is always a lot of drama in medical dramas. Haha. But hopefully we get a good redemptive arc for our other characters. Fingers crossed!

    Not watching it because I was worried it’d be a lot of ‘ genius doctor worshipping’ and filled with ridiculous, ridiculous inaccuracies – as are a lot of medical dramas in general. I’m willing to it try it out. Please, keep doing this!

      Thank you for the support. If you haven’t seen RDTK 1, many of us highly recommend it. I finished all the medicaps for that and it was pretty darn accurate, the first episode not withstanding. Haha.

    Thanks! I’m interested to see your take on episode 3. I felt it went off the rails a bit there and I wanted to reach into the screen and approximate those skin edges for the skin stapling. Lol.

    Great first 2 choices actually, because although Gong Yoo and Jang Hyuk are fantastic actors with insane screen presence, both of them have a knack for standing back and letting their co-stars shine.

      Yes. They all are very versatile too. Jae Wook is the least experienced but he was amazingly convincing (and hot!!!) as the psychopath in Voice, and his recent foray into rom coms with Her Private Life sealed the deal for his versatility.

Can anyone recall a drama a couple of years ago that was centered around a child who was sick/dying? I rem saying I loved the child actor but it was going to be a tearjerker so I didn’t watch.

      I’m in Singapore. I was in Australia previously for a year- that’s when I first discovered DB. but have been back in SG for the past 2-3 years already. 😊

        I guessed it! One of the few places on this planet where getting a place in a coveted school is like striking lottery. I didn’t go through that but as a fellow countrywoman, I totally understand 🙂 My younger boy just finished primary school last year. I’m happy that both my boys enjoyed their time in school despite the overhanging pressure of PSLE and whatsnot.

        All the best and wishing your boy a wonderful six years in primary school!

      Haha. Indeed. I have a lot of things to say about Sg and this crazy p1 thing but it’s more so cuz my Boy has special needs but is bright so it was really important to me that he got into a good SN school that would give him the chance for full integration in the future. And we got it!!!
