    I liked the tension, and her overreaction was really interesting. Obv some “the lady doth protest too much” but also was it wanting her star student to do grand things in the corporate world she couldn’t? Too much internalization of how her profession is seen to let her favorite student teach? Maybe she feels threatened by him, seeing his talent?
    I also was interested in the conflict between the teacher and the academy. I like how the teacher isn’t portrayed as all bad, although him getting physical was awful. If school teachers were better teachers, and tested only from the textbook, would that be better for students?
    ML ending with wanting to be the face of the academy with the FL was great.

      I also liked the portrayal of the teacher aside from the physical and honestly I get why he was upset. It is a good set up.

      As for the tension, I’m sticking to she just wants better for her student. Anything else I think would be weird as they are just now reconnecting. Excited for the romance, Wie Ha Joon is adorable.

Atypical Family: I hate or intensely dislike everyone in this drama except I-Na, I love her powers and now we know what they are. They are all really shitty people.

Atypical Family:

The sister’s storyline not only doesn’t make sense, but is super fat phobic. Oh this drama seems to not be for me and I’m only halfway through ep 2.

    Tbh that is a big sore point. Worse they are surely going to make her reed thin again and then she will WIN in life. *sigh*

    I am liking the rest of tbe drama although the episodes were somewhat uneven and difficult to go through. Let’s see what happens next week. 😅

      It was somewhat disturbing how everybody seemed to be somehow on board with this – except the sister who is the only sane person IMO but is largely ignored due to her weight.

    Do you mean a man being arrested in a hospital by a Korean policeman and not Interpol? Or maybe that an international detention order was authorised in Germany just by the presence of a fingertip in a car in less than a week with not further evidence? Or maybe the fact that hospital called the husband and not the patient? Or that someone who says “hi, I’m the ex boyfriend” can be granted to be in the room with someone who’s been though brain surgery and he is being informed before the patient actual family?
    Did I miss anything?
    Still enjoying the drama, though 🤭

    The show itself is just kdramaland’s representative. The good, the bad, the really good and the REALLY bad just screams peak kdrama. 😂
