    I love LOVED the OTP as many people who watch the drama will but what really brought tears to my eyes (no seriously, I cried SO much) were the friendships that the show spent so much time developing. How loyal were the ducklings and the ahjummas? The way they support and defend each other is SO heartwarming…

    I got thoroughly invested in seeing their relationships blossom and shed many many tears over their reunions and goodbyes. The ducklings are too cute…The drama paid attention to small details and really produced a satisfying ending despite having to suspend disbelief every so often. Overall, a solid 8/10.

      I quite enjoyed it actually! Wasn’t the best drama of all time but I thoroughly enjoyed the relationships that the writers built over the course of the drama. I loved Dan and Seung-jun and I LOVED the ducklings (Chi soo and the whole bunch)! Definitely well worth my time hehe

        Yes!! You did!! The most adorable cameo ever!!

        It was a Beanie favorite last year for good reason, and we had so much fun going crazy on the fan wall and recaps talking about the show and writing actual essays about it. It’s not perfect but so, so good. So much heart.

    I dunno why but I find Pinocchio as good as Healer. You might feel differently though…

    I would recommend 2/4 of Giegie’s list cuz I have only watched those 2. There is Life On Mars too.

      I’d second Pinocchio and maybe add City Hunter to the list if the starting point is Healer. 🙂 Plus the recaps were old but gold so you won’t feel lonely marathoning old shows.

        Oh I’ve watched both! I thoroughly enjoyed both of them but Healer will always have a special place in my heart. It was just the most perfect blend of my favourite genres: action, comedy and romance. SO PERFECT!

      I love Pinocchio!! Safe to say I was a bit late to the kdrama game but Pinocchio was my first drama and it was honestly what pulled me into the kdrama rabbit hole in the first place! LOVE LOVE LOVED IT! But Healer will always have a special place in my heart hehe

Going to start a new drama, any suggestions? I don\’t really care if they\’re new or old but is there any out there that I can seriously not pass up on without committing a heinous crime? 😉

    Romcom, you mean? Have you tried Fight My Way? The Best Hit also does not include murder. Both are really good ongoing dramas.

    Depends what you want I guess? I briefly looked at your Show List and don’t think you have watched these:

    If you want rom com and haven’t seen Splish Splash Love then you MUST- it’s only 2 hours since it’s 2 episodes.
    Liar and his lover was also a fun fluffy watch with great music.

    If you want thriller- Signal, Liar Game, Voice, Tunnel all are good.

    I also loved Chicago Typewriter but I’m biased because Yoo Ah In. Hehe.

    me too… all the characters by themselves are so cute and their antics are adorable.. all our office family members.. but the story just isnt cutting it in

    I stopped watching a few episodes ago. I love the romance and the funny interactions of the character but the main plot isn’t just doing anything to me. The mystery isn’t as heavy or interesting as I wanted to be. I still read the recaps and watch clips of Nam Ji-hyun and Ji Chang-wook’s moments.
