I lurv WHAM! George Michael is one of my idols and i believe him to be a true artist. and yeah I like their song Last Christmas!... A Blessed Christmas to everyone specially to you for keeping this site open for all of us
I agree with you merriwether. TWDrama still have along way to go compare with KDrama. There's a lot of things I dislike about TWDrama but it didn't stop me from watching them, though I do get disappointed a lot like in Romantic Princess. I am clueless in The Rose and I sure didn't like My Lucky Star (drop it like a hot potato). I watched some HKDrama also. I have no particular reason for watching both TWDrama or HKDrama, I am game for a surprise or two or a laugh here and there. But I DO love KDrama. I just love the dressing (My Girl), accessories (Goong), plot (The Vineyard Man, Coffee Prince, Thank You), OST (The Vineyard Man, Goong, CP). I think SEA directors should show some improvement like the Koreans, not just in directing, editing, song lists etc but also actors to improve in their acting abilities. I know Wu Chun can't really act and I am not particularly swoon over his good look either.
i feel growing up the Christmas isnt as it was before. i guess u celebrate it in a different way. but still, i guess i grew fond of some traditions. it's also most of the only to see other family and friends, plus yes i get a break... so its fun in that way.
i like the tree thing though. i like making it pretty hahahha we got a fake one though. (no pine trees growing here) happy holidays sarah!
i agree, i dont think sarah would like ISWAK at all. i like it though, it was funny and the story how it rounded out was cute. though, yes i can agree many will find the lead character annoying to heck. so far though, i can say the first one was way better hahahha
sweet relationship is nice in a way. but i feel the draggyness so..
i only love the food part of it. hahahha i hate megan lai's character so much.
bull fighting i like. the chemistry of mike and hebe, plus lee wei! hehhe
the story is interesting too. romantic princess was nice till like midway then it went blah, the end was blah too.
bad love.. yes cheesy.. i cant resist watching coz of KSW's charms though. hhahaha he's too cute. even if the story is ehhh.. i dont like it. dang it. but of course the KSW contigent wont always agree.
thus agreeing with ripgal, Capital Scandal (kang ji hwan!!) and Prince turned Frog (taiwanese, MingEn!!) hehhehe must watch! ^^

As for her..hmm haven;t seen her before =-p.
However i guess she is is getting criticized .. since she seems to much of a product..therefore people can't really relate to what she really is.

Don't even get me started on Taiwanese Dramas. It's always the same dang characters poor, plucky innocent yet dumb-as-bricks, rich, sexy hard-as-stone dude. Its like the entire industry watched Clueless and Cinderella and figured that was all they needed as templates. Don't even get me started on camera work, editing and directing. I wrote a near-treatise on how I couldn't watch them anymore, and why. ISWAK and Itazura na Kiss (Jdrama version) are pretty much the same: really annoying. The lead female character definitely did not have 2 brain cells to rub together, and you sort of keep hoping that somehow that instinct kicks in, but much to your dismay, the idiocy keeps right on coming to the bitter end. It starts of as endearing, but after your third or so drama one's like, "wt_ is up with these shows?".
Anyways xmas. Not a particularly big fan of the holidays. Commercial, cold, and generally dark for most of the day, really doesn't strike me as fun. It's a pain in the butt to put up trees, decorate, wrap gifts for ungrateful souls, cook a feast and clean all for an arbitrary day picked by someone back in the sands of time. I am with you!
As an aside, looking @ Remapping the Human Soul's 2nd CD, Tablo is listed as composer for all the tracks (which has ALL my fave songs from the 2 disc album including Fan, Girl Rock, Love Love Love). That might have been his testing the waters, so to speak, before going all out. I always wondered why they bothered with releasing a double album. I'm guessing it allowed Tablo a certain security. The tone is more Clazziquai-esque (lame description I know, but..) and less hip hop. What do you think?
haha, i think Javabeans is really torn now. with so many of us asking her to watch this and watch that. it's best that we keep our mouth zipped for the moment and let her choose what she wanna watch. sometimes, our recommendation may raise expectations unnecessarily and cause her to not enjoy the drama much. we all love the ones we've watched and we're recommending cos we won't want Javabeans to miss out the GEMs. but at the end of the day, unrealistic expectations can really spoil a drama, so let's stay put and see how things go yea? =)
of course, we LOVE our dramas ya? we shall all keep a tight look on the MBC drama awards. have fun ppl!

they REALLY put you down..they will say the rudest things to you..
but the thing is.. you just have to remember that these people (most of them) are people who just wants to spark a fire

As for her..hmm haven;t seen her before =-p.

i actually think she was a bit chubby before..
but i dont take to a different level than some korean netizens do..
they REALLY put you down..they will say the rudest things to you..
