Hello Beanies! 😁😄😁 It’s been a minute. I haven’t a clue of what’s going on in drama world since September (?). I’m finally free after months and I’m itching to watch something good. What’s been good? Any recommendations, please? 🥺🥺
Anything but ‘Start-up’. It’s been practically everywhere and I’m not in the mood to watch it.
Thanks 💜
Birthcare Center dramatises the postnatal care period that pregnant moms go through after giving brith and provides different perspectives on motherhood.
18 Again is a body-swap drama that has the husband, already on the verge of a divorce from his wife, reverted into his 18-year old physical form through divine intervention.
Missing: The Other Side has the leading character stumble upon a village inhabited by dead spirits whose corpses have not been found.
I agree about Missing. I really liked this one.
I could add Zombie detective and School Nurse Files. Weird and funny and taking themselves for what they are.
And please, give it a chance to Kairos!!!
I’m loving The Spies who loved me. Unique story, no slump in the story as of ep 14 (the show ends tomorrow btw). Amazing gray charcters, basically the most ideal female lead I’ve ever come across, not sterotypically badass, neither the damsel basically a woman we all have met in real life.
So yes I’m loving Spies 😅
Also it got better with each episode and if you don’t like any of the leads, I didn’t either before Spies but they are acing it here.
Memorials/Into the Ring if you want a quirky heroine, love interest (no triangle!), family and don’t mind politics (all handled in a light and often slapstick way).
