I know its a kdrama and hoping for Mo-yeong and Kang Tae to have violent sex against the wall is too much to hope for but I want fanfics!!! Can they at least have a hot makeout session please!!!
I appreciate that they are turning Juri into a meme. It\’s way better seeing her in comedic scenes with her mom than watching her being a two faced bitch to everyone else
Mo-yeong having homemade breakfast for the first time since she started living in her cursed castle (and maybe the first time since forever) and the fact that kang-tae made it for her.
I love the details in the nightmare scene. The set up is very similar to Mo-yeong\’s dreams in the previous episodes where Kang-tae comes to hug and comfort her. Even their clothing is very similar to her fantasy.
But it\’s also so different from her fantasy:
The widening of his eyes when he realised she\’s full on sobbing in terror. The way her sobs turn raw, her screams guttural and terrified. The way she screams at him to run away and get lost while clutching his clothes in desperation. And the way he realises and holds her close. His hands cradling hers mirroring the scene where he tells her zombie kids also need warmth. The way he tells her he\’s not going away and means it.
I just die I\’ve watched that scene so many times.
i cried again reading your thoughts. That was so beautifully filmed. Moonyoung grabbing on to him like her life depended on it as she screams for him to run and save himself. Gangtae understands what she really meant and held her. Aw man. Thank goodness for the bloopers.
Mo-yeong has always been alone in that big empty house going through this shut by herself and crying herself to sleep. And for the first time when she woke screaming from her nightmares someone is there to take care of her.
That it\’s Kang-tae like she always dreamed of makes it so much more poignant. Unlike in her dreams, this was raw and painful and a little scary. But the fact that he saw her at her most vulnerable and still comforted her just breaks my heart!
my sister often cries in her sleep, this kinda made me jump into the screen and comfort her. But that was until our Gang Tae entered the scene. Damn that hug!
You know what hurts? The fact that Mo-yeong lives in that big old empty mansion by herself? doesn\’t eat dinner because she has no one to cook or care for her and cries through her nightmares alone in the dark. But when she heard Kang-tae was coming, she turned on all the lights in the house and stood at the balcony waiting for him.
Mo-yeong looking like a fox who just caught dinner when she realised Kang-tae actually got worried about her is my favourite look on her!! Lmao boy looked so funking scared! 😂😂😂
Despite all the shit he says, Kang-tae connects to Mo-yeong on such a personal level that almost transcends reason:
1) He always talks to her in banmal. Has pretty much from the beginning when he met her (and probably realised who she is).
2) She\’s the only one he ever gets angry at or around. With almost every single other person in his life he\’s so very careful to be polite and blank/neutral. But she\’s the only one he doesn\’t bother to put on that mask for.
Case in point: when she asks him to smile for her since he does that for his brother but he refuses to pretend with her.
He also lashes out at her when she gets too close or when his feelings are hurt like when he overheard her bragging to Juhi about confessing to him.
3) She\’s the only one he tells his honest feelings to because she reads him so openly, there\’s never any need to lie with her.
4) He\’s so very touchy feely with her when he always keeps a distance with everyone else (except his brother and Je Soo). He\’s always bodily dragging her away or grabbing her arms or swatting her hands away. He casually touches her without even thinking about it.
5) He\’s always consumed by thoughts of her so much so that for the first time in his life he forgets about his brother, the butterfly, even their shitty situation in life. She consumes his thoughts.
6) He cares about her. He dropped everything the second he heard she was strangled by her father and rushed in to help without even taking his wallet or phone.
Yes very true. I was talking more about visual aesthetics like how the doctor’s office is decorated with random objects to how the MC copes with her trauma via her stories etc.
I dunno about yall but I thoroughly enjoyed Kwak Dong-yeon’s cameo this episode! He was a fucking riot and I hope he stays on the show for more! #psychobutitsok #ep3
Lol that scene where a semi naked Gang-tae bodily moves Mo-yeong away from the changing rooms and they run into the other nurse and Mo-yeong just casually drops her hand on his chest with the smirk???? Lmao she\’s like a cat! I can\’t with her!! #psychobutitsok #ep3
