honestly this needs to be a model for the finale of every drama that advertises itself as a romcom or a romance of any sort
and rule no. 1 should be – when you have leads with great chemistry, please USE IT instead of pointlessly separating them, refusing to show them acting on any kind of physical attraction to each other (that previous episodes made very clear they do actually feel) and spending time focused on characters no one actually cares about.
Thank God writer-nim didn’t feel the need to drag out the cabbie story. Episode 16 dropping him like a hot potato less than 5 mins in was indeed a risk. But it paid off in spades!! Yes please make this a rom-com default.

spent the whole of Lovely Runner ep16 either giggling or swooning I need smelling salts now
but SunSol skinship does tend to produce that effect lol they really gave the people what they want!

Same!!! I actually think it’s really hard to pull off an ending episode that is this satisfying, even when you get rid of the baddy right away.
