I seriously blushed when he did THAT! And the implication behind his words ☺️☺️☺️

Well, I think his implication was not that kind of trouble its all in our head ^^

Just finished Memories of Alhambra ep 4, that too without subs. Omo, I can\’t wait for the next ep. I think by the end of this series I may fall for Hyun Bin.

HE was sexy during the flashback scene where he was wet. Also, during the lunch scene where he was listening to that sitar player.

Yes, yes he was. I would like to know the reason for his ex to cheat him. From what I have seen, she seems to be a sensitive and grounded person. Yu-jin also seems to be a nice person from that flashback. The way he looked at her had the shock of betrayal.

      oh yes!!

I just realized how handsome he is after all these years!

I never liked him much in any of his previous works that I have seen but here he is so charming. He is cute, charming, cunning and hurting, all at the same time. The way emotions flicker through his eyes are sooo smooth. Was he always this charming and young looking?
It feels like I can see layers of acting or whatever it is in him. Like when Yoo-Jin is being all sweet and cheeky to Hee-Ju, I can understand that it is only his facade because that attitude works best in dealing with her. He is probably taking advantage of an unsuspecting girl but still, I trust him with her. More than that he is so calm at this extremely unsettling and unprecedented situation which makes me feel secured also.
Hee-ju also deserves some applaud. In the beginning, I didn’t like her character or PSH’s acting. The way she cried on top of that kitchen counter, the way she dealt with other people all screamed that it is not Hee-ju but PSH acting as a character named Hee-ju. But as I am at the 4th ep her character seems to have completely settled into the story. Her naivete and the trusting nature also seems to have a purpose. I have some respect and regard for the writer so I was wondering about her reasoning to introduce a one-dimensional candy character in this drama.
Usually, I feel irritated when each character act like they are in a different drama. For example, when one character is in a thriller the other character acts like he/she is in a rom-com. This usually feels very disconcerting for me (yes, I am looking at you “Last Empress”) But here I had a Melo feeling every moment.
Though at first, it felt like Yu-Jin was entering into Hee-Ju’s life by coming into Granada and also to her hostel the moment Yu-Jin brought her to his ex’s home it was she who was being part of his complicated life. Memories of Alhambra is Yu-jin’s story and Hee-ju is an NPC here. Maybe because he is the one actively taking decisions here and propelling it forward. It also helps that Yu-jin is the narrator and from what I have seen yet, a reliable one.
That is not to say that Hee-ju is just a prop in this drama and this is in no way a criticism. I liked what I saw and I really hope that the writer can keep the momentum until the end.
BTW, is he slowly falling for Hee-ju? Or is he just curious? I know she was breathtakingly beautiful during that guitar playing scene and I also had the same expression as Yu-jin at that moment. Why is he so occupied with the guitar? Is it because he has an intuition that it is going to be important to the game? Was Emma the reason why he suddenly went to level up and fight with Cha Hyeong-Seok
From the preview, it seems like he is going to get more and more entangled with Yu-jin. I liked the way they set up their dynamics. Her unsuspecting nature will make her the best person for him to trust at this place.
For some reason, it feels like Hee-ju is holding on to the key to everything. May be she will log into the game or something.

I think her ‘pure’ nature might be the key to exit the game world. Something grounding to get back to real life.
I too feel she has a role to play and not a prop.
I don’t like her role yet, but Ep 4 was much better.

Yes, I won’t be surprised if it turns out like that. I am not really a game addict or expert but in some games I have played, when the characters are introduced their background info is also given, (which usually we can read or skip). Likewise, Hee-Ju’s backstory and even Cha Hyeong-Seok’s backstory was not naturally shown to us instead it was given to us through the narrator’s voice. Almost like this is the setup.

yes, I kept wondering about his narrative. I thought he was in the future and narrating it to us. Your theory is interesting.

Just finished watching MBC special, I am crazy for you. It short (4 ep) funny and everything we expect a rom-com to be. The short eps means that they cut the crap and focuses on the main story.

I liked this show too! his dimples ; ))

I made a long post about what I liked and don’t like about the drama and it couldn’t get posted. Sigh! I can’t express my grief and exasperation in enough words and I can’t add emojis as I am using my laptop. sigh!
I don’t want to type everything again but just this one thing.
    KIM SUNHO.
I can’t stop gushing about him and my cheeks are hurting.
His voice, dimples, smile, the way his eyes quiver during emotional scenes.
He reminds me of some other actor but can’t remember who. Maybe Hyun bin and Kim Tae-hoon when he smiles?
I hope he will get casted as a leading man in a lot of rom-coms with a lot of kiss scenes and a lot of chances to display his killer smile and charm. pretty please drama gods…
BTW should I rewatch Two Cops?
I never wanted to watch it while it was airing. Though the premise was interesting, it never got much positive reviews. So should I watch it just for Kim sun ho?

I rewatch and rewatch and rewatch it repeatedly for Jo Jung Suk. Nobody can overshadow him for me. KSH is cute and Hyeri is harmless. But JJS is everything that is good.

Just watched the first ep. I like them! Also, how fun that she is a translator. It is not a job you see often in shows or books.

Choi yoon is the priest, we are into KJW and JEC. Even in the drama he is under investigation from the church and could get defrocked. In that case he is no longer a Priest. @-_-@

That would be cool. But a second season seems unlikely to happen though they may decide to do a movie (just maybe). The trio appearing together in another project is also unlikely since repeated pairings of the lead characters are rare in kdrama. But still I really wish that could happen.

A very nice movie. Recommended for people who like a little contemplative style. All the stories and actors were nice and it is a difficult task to select one. Love you Jung eun chae, Hwaiting.

Can they be any more cute? I wish they will extend it to a drama. There are a lot of things I am curious esp about pil seung-do hye- jin sung and also teacher Oh. The cast had amazing chemistry.

I like it enough. I can relate on her embarassing moments and as a math major, the math bits were interesting; but the divorcee part of the story not so much..

I thought this was when he was doing his military service or it was some special program for forces. Audience were also in uniform so something like that must be the reason.

BTW how did you came to my profile? Did you just randomly checked? I was wondering if there was some way to get notifications when somebody we are following makes a post. There were some people whose fan wall posts I used to enjoy but now I don’t correctly remember their name to check.

re: how I made my way to your profile
You posted on Ep15 of THE GUEST’s recap – I commented and liked it – and got curious, so visited your profile and found this post! 🙂

Unfortunately, I don’t think the “follow” button is fully functional yet, so you can’t see the list of people who follow you or the list of people you follow… I hope it comes soon.
