Beanie level: The Goblin’s underpants

Maybe too early to say, but I like School 2017! The over the top plot, the ending cliffhangers, the mysterious characters – they give me the old Japanese school drama vibes and I love it!

Currently binging on Reply 1997 – the one and only from Reply series that I can watch over and over again. Still in pain with the other 2. Heart still bleeds yo. #teamchilbongie #teamjunghwan

I watched all 3, but couldn’t rewatch the other two. Not even once.

    ’94 broke my heart to T.T thankfully not ’88 , #teamtaekie

Lucky you! It was really hard the first time in 94, but it got worse in 88. Twice on the losing team is traumatizing 😭

The best Reply series for me! Story was tighter and I enjoyed it from beginning to end. I loved Reply 1988, too, but Team Jung Hwan here and I just hate that he didn’t get a satisfying end/epilogue. Chilbongie in Reply 1994 did, at least.

Yes, it’s my fav among all the Reply series too! I’m still upset on Jung Hwan didnt get satisfying ending. Argh. Thinking about it now makes my heart bleeds again 😭😭

Even I’m dissatisfied over the fact that there was no Jun hwan epilogue, they could’ve atleast shown that he found happiness, but they just left him at that, poor guy didn’t even get to confess properly. I felt sorry for him even if I was team task.

Jung Hwan to me was the most tragic and epic ending of the noblest idiot ever existed in dramaland. Oh the pain we suffer because of him. *sigh*

This reminds me of one of the best second-lead confessions in K-drama imho… in Sassy Go Go/Cheer Up where Ha-Joon (Ji Soo) used gummy bears to confess to Yeon-Doo (Jung Eun-Ji) without expecting her to return the love since he knows his best friend and her are together. He just that he wanted her to know that he likes her. And that was so sweet. Kind of that moment with the signs in Love Actually. Jung-Hwan deserves as much, if not more! 🙁

Oh noes. Why so many romance cliches in one episode, The Best Hit? I must be weird that I skipped most of them in hope that I could get more plots of the other extended family members. And I really, really miss the deadpan jokes of the earlier episodes. *sigh*

Ditto! Did not enjoy today’s episode. And I am usually all about the romance.

Since the Song-Song ship has sailed, DOTS lovers must be ecstatic now. Congrats you guys!! Smooth way of shutting people up about the dating rumours!

I saw this funny comment elsewhere that technically they weren’t lying about not dating because they were already engaged XD

I just hope the media won’t bother them too much, wedding planning is already stressful enough as it is without having to deal with paparazzi and reporters.

If feels like lots of kids been throwing tantrums around Dramabeans lately and going around giving downvotes to people just because they don\’t understand what the adults are saying LOL.

Dear Chicago Typewriter,
Thank you for giving us that great ending (and that legendary wig). You were awesome, in the most awesome-est way possible.

Finally levelling up! Bye noble-idiotland, I’m moving to the palace! Moon Jae-Shin-nim, may I borrow your wig please? You seem to always have the best wigs ever made in Kdramaland.

CT ep 15 recap is now flooded with tears. It’s a huge crying mess there.

Just thinking about CT ep 15 turns me into a blubbering mess. Scrolling the Beanies wall and I\’m bursting my tears again. Will it ever dried up? It\’s been ages since a drama makes me feel this way.

I had that same thought then felt bad considering where we were in the story at that point.

CT really gave me some really good kind of crying practices. I have to watch the show in between my tears, my stuffy nose and my wet pillow. 😭😭😭😭😭😭

My current routine of watching Kdrama:
1. Avoid all spoilers
2. Watch Kdrama
3. Go to Dramabeans fan wall and read Beanies’ suppressed reactions on the episode
4. Wait for recap

Fight My Way hits all the right spots for me! And I’m loving Ae-ra so, so much right now.

All these while I tend to avoid all sci-fi related dramas. Didn’t even bother to try. But then I started Circle for Yeo Jin Goo. OMG and my brain’s exploding now.

That moment when you\’re out of your slump and started getting excited of new shows.. then real life took over and everything comes to a halt. *sigh*.

When you need a place to hide because you read a recap of a heartbreaking episode at the office and you’re a sobbing mess.
