To be honest, the only thing I really remember about Jekyll Hyde is that every time I watched an episode, this song was playing on loop in my head. (actually, it ended up making the episodes a bit funnier)

    I don’t know why but I’ve never been able to make it pass the first few eps of that drama. I do remember laughing my tuckus off when the gorilla comes running up and he shoves a woman down. And I think he bites another one as she’s trying to climb into his safe place…

        We were supposed to think it was…but it was just a person in a gorilla suit. I think that was part of the humor—in show they were seeing some monstrosity–while the viewers saw a person in a gorilla suit.

          Episode 1 (?) HydeHydeJekyll was going through his amusement park, and the giant gorilla suddenly went wild and broke free and was terrorizing everything?? and then the female lead came in and calmed the Goliath down because she works at a circus or is a zoo keeper or something?

            No, thats what happened. But the viewers saw a dude in a gorilla suit. The characters saw a mammoth escaped gorilla. AM I DREAMING?

            He doesn’t eat anyone, just ran around a bit.
            and it’s the first time Hyde sees Female Lead, and his heart does that weird thing.

            Ok. I just rewatched the scene and that does notlook like a real animal to me! Its not as bad as I remembered but how fake looking the animal looks does add to me amusement.

            I absolutely do not care what anyone says. That funky gorilla looks about as real as a scooby doo villain. Do all gorillas look so fake looking? Maybe I secretly dont know what I stinking gorilla looks like?! I cant recall ever looking at one before…but that cant be right…

            Like the second they walked off screen Female Lead called him out for pretending to be a gorilla, but he kept up the ruse until she knocks the head mask off of him, and he goes all “And I would have gotten away with it if it wasn’t for those pesky kids!!!!”

Needing a break between the episodes of Rescue Me, I decided to catch up on Criminal Minds.
I never thought I would use a Kdrama like Criminal Minds to be the lighter portion of my watching…

Seeing as I want to get more active on Dramabeans, I want to start a \’series\’ post. Just as something to keep me coming back more often. But I don\’t know if I want to keep doing Aardvark facts or do something different.
It\’s kind of come down to the argument of \’Oppa Pictures\’ or \’Cute animal pictures\’

So after being on Dramabeans for a good while, I notice that there are little groups, and I was just curious about how these people came together. Do you guys know eachother in real life? Or did you comment on eachothers stuff so much you got an idea of who they are and became friends? As someone who is a solo on this site, it\’s kind of an enigma.

    I personally don’t know anyone on DB! Just got talking to a couple of beanies and well.. just talked a lot! 😄

    So now I know many things about some of them! And believe it or not, most of the beanie-friendships are really not even more than 4 month old😛

        Lol yeah! I dunno how it happened (I usually never talk on social media- DB being the only exception)

        If you see some of my wall posts (or @sicarius‘s or @kaybee‘s) we have at times gone on talking about random things for 70+ odd comments!

        Then there are @azzo1, @yuelie and @yyishere who gelled in the beginning and since then the azzo games have come up…

        Some other beanie gel well because of some shows.. Liar and his lover previously.. School 2017 seems to be the current favourite..

    Like what @obsessedmuch said, I don’t know anyone in real life but I started talking to some beanies and we kind of just clicked!

    @yuelie, @yyishere and I have made our own little gang now and we even call ourselves The OBs!

    Just pop-up in beanies’ posts and in no time you’ll be having your own group/groups! LOL!

Well, It’s been a long day. I got up at an ungodly hour (5:00 am), Swag Couple broke up, I ascended a level to become an idiot, and I’ve made 40 comments in one day. The majority about an Aardvark and some stinky frog. Added a couple new songs to my playlist (thanks @Kudo Ran ), had some kid at work coat the floor in rice, so now I’m going to wind down, get a relaxing cup of Tae- erm tea, and watch a nice smooth drama- that makes me want to punch a hole in my computer screen because oh my gosh can these characters grow some brain cells.
So, goodnight Dramabeans, you did good today.

Because no one asked, here are some more facts about Aardvarks you do(n’t) need to know:
There IS a difference between Anteaters and Aardvarks (even though aardvarks are sometimes referred to as that) Anteaters have a longer thinner snout that has a tongue that is freakishly long, and somehow kinda cute. An Aardvark does not.
Also, apparently if an aardvark is attacked in a tunnel, they collapse the tunnel and go right at the predator with lovely sharp claws. They basically trap themselves underground, and just hand the bad guys butt to them.
Gosh I’m happy I chose this handle.

      To be clear (cause it actually came off worse than I intended): I loved the song. A lot. (It’s actually one of my alarms now), and the blue frog part was a joke.

      You may have already gotten that, but I’ve been told that my writing comes off less like dry humour and more like something that rhymes with ‘witch’.

I was looking through some Age of Youth things to hype myself up for the new season, when I came to the realization that I am the same age as Yoo Eun-jae. Which is just… weird.
I don\’t know how to feel about this. It seems like only yesturday I was finding all the highschool characters so much older than I am. Now I\’m older than them….
