More tales of the Tall Giraffe

Apparently uri Rowoon is so tall that they had problems casting other actors around him in The King’s Affection.

    Look at him standing on tip toes in the one with his group members. He will look great with a model height wife but I bet he likes cute little actresses half his size. I see too many couples where a short woman has a tall man thus limiting the options for taller women…not bitter, AT ALL.

      He’s such a bundle cuteness!😍 He’s sweet to one and all … it is just that most SK actresses are on the shorter side.

      Hahaha I had a friend (who was quite tall) who would complain about this too! Rowoon always looks SO TALL but then I have to remind myself that he is actually the same height as my husband, he is just usually surrounded by short people so he looks huge 😂

        Sometimes I felt like I was surrounded by Oompa Loompas as I was always one of the tallest girls when I was growing up and my best friend at university was really short so that made me look much taller than I am too. 🤣🤣🤣 I notice you didn’t say whether you were one of the short women with a tall man.

          I’m 5’8” so I wouldn’t say I’m short, but there is certainly a gap between us. But it just means I can wear heels and not dwarf him 😁

    Yeah, it was funny that the Ming guy who attacked the Crown Prince and her bodyguard was written as the tallest guy. But they gave up this because Rowoon was still the tallest. But one of the Prince was taller than Rowoon!

      Now I’m thinking I really would like to see Rowoon in a strong dark role where is literally overpowers and overwhelms all with his intimidating height. Maybe after enlistment. For now more cotton candy fluff please. 😊

        I agree.

        When he was acting Haru in Extraordinary You, he knew how use his height to be threat Baek-Hyung.

        His next drama is more about fighting I think, so I hope we will be able to see this side of him.
