WOW! I love Clazziquai too! looks like we have so much in common... hehe.
I first fell in love with the song Come to me (mellotron remix). Alex's voice is just soothing to the ears. And Horan's is super unique, I love it.

Thanks for the kind words!! ^^
I hope following this drama is going to be fun and thought-provoking. The previews for Ep. 3 are nice and juicy, aren't they?
I love the Tae Joo-Eun Soo chemistry (Eun Soo is so cutely odd -- she seems vaguely bird-like to me, somehow), although Eric's rocking the sexual tension with Hye Rin... who's also got plenty of tension going with Joon Hyuk. It seems like the love tri/rectangle will be different from the typical kdrama stuff, so I'm looking forward to seeing how things play out.

Thank you Javabeans aka Sarah!
I enjoyed reading your reading on Tae Joo's character. I agree that he doesn't know how to be nice to Eun Soo. I am quite surprised that the series hasn't showcased any of Tae Joo's family. We know that he lives alone but he has a father. Think his mother died or left them? Not sure about this.
(Eun Soo is hilarious.
I love this part especially when Tae Joo begin to ask her to get out! Absolutely 100 percent chemistry!
Eun Soo: “Is it really okay that I stay here?”
Tae Joo: “There's no other choice. I guess I'll just have to put up with it.”
Eun Soo: “Not you, I meant me. Will I. be okay?… since I'm a girl.”
Tae Joo: “A girl?”
Eun Soo: “So… for a girl to be in a single man's home…”
Tae Joo: “Out. Get out!”

sarah dear... another GREAT episode & summary.. to be honest.. i was sooo looking forward to reading your wonderful thoughts & spoilers. I found myself liking this serie.. even though I told myself not to expect alot because I tend to get bored really fast w/ the recent dramas... but so far.. so good.. I have to say.. I adore JUNG YOO MI- she's definitely a gem.. gosh.. those big innocent eyes of hers.. how can anyone turn her away? lol..judging from the preview.. eric is warming up to her abit and things are get hot & heavy w/ the other couple too.. exciting.. haha.. hopefully this journey will be fun for us.. i'm sure i'll enjoy it while it last.. but I hope it this excitement will last for awhile.. hehe.. in the mean time.. sarah fighting!!! - I know that you will be super busy w/ the various new dramas.. so here's some emotional support.. hugging sarah and chanting.... que sera sera.. lol.. :)

I completely agree with everything you've said. With 20 episodes, it should have been more than enough to develop all of the potential plot threads and conflicts creating a thoroughly unique and interesting show. I mean, do we need to focus so much on the love quadrat in every single k-drama? Even in doing so, I'm sure one way they could have made it more interesting was to make it a little less clear that the two leads were going to get together. I mean, we know they are, but to have some *real* and conflicting feelings brewing between main leads and the second leads might have been interesting, enough to amp up the conflict a little more. There's just so much more the show could have done, I would have liked if they cut the entire Queen/Alex (shudder), which I ALWAYS skip, to fit in more important and potentially interesting scenes. But oh well.
All in all it's still a good drama that I'm enjoying so far.

Javabeans, you have such a way with words... it's like reading a Jeffrey Archer...so simple and yet so articulately beautiful and perceptive in a wide context of things.
See you around..
