Does anyone knows why Jang Na-ra suddenly trending? Maybe because of a variety appearance?

It might be true but I doubt it. The drama OST usually trending during the days the show aired. This is taken in Sunday.
Plus, last week the Last Empress OST don’t trending at all. So I doubt it trending in Sunday when the show might not even aired that day.
