Bought a walnut tart from a local Korean bakery after I finished my run of Strong Woman Do Bong Soon, tastes pretty good.
I wanted to bake one! Doesn’t it taste a bit bitter? I’m thinking about adapting a pecan pie recipe, but I’m scared of walnuts’ bitterness
I actually like the bitterness mixed with the sweetness of the tart so the whole thing is not too sweet and heavy.
I’ll try it out this weekend!
