Bom’s Appa is still angry with Aunt. Who really does see his value now. Does he still have feelings for her? Big time- and her parent’s blessing too after carrying Grandpa back down the mountain.

Mu-rim’s MIL had to release his MIL BUT has told her daughter not to register her marriage to Mu-rim – and that the investigation continues. Her daughter is upset. Mu-rim is upset with his MIL. The expected crisis for Police Family has arrived.

Airhead mom is upset with Kangju- because she has figured out that he took the money (and the Will) back to the mountain. And Bonghui ended up protecting her from a shower of persimmons because “The Public” is outraged at Airhead Mom.

But there were a couple of pleasant moments- like Da-rim talking about their future children with Kang-ju. Equally pleasant: Rather than some stupid matchmaking idea Tae-ung finally has a good one: Ji-seung should buy Kang-ju’s company and not just because of Cha-rim: Kangju (and Da-rim) are also of great value and other companies will want to collaborate with them.

Episode 31 had a lot of action in it, but nothing really resolved as far as any relationship. Meanwhile, are the loan sharks planning on stealing the money from the police station?

We are sort of back full circle, the money is back, Airhead Mom is reporting them and is being judged for evading the tax as she would have been anyway. But what a change this money adventure made in the lives of others...

- Mom now feels so guilty, but I liked Kangju's short summary of the events and that he says that Mom would do it again anyway because the important thing was to save Darim's eyesight.

- Darim has her eyesight.

- She also has Kangju. 🙂

- Kangju has his own successful company (and earned respect from Taewoong and Chairman... but... he also lost (contemporary?) contact with his mom).

- Charim is a successful designer

- Murim is on a brink of breaking up with his wife because he realised that Police Chief MIL never trusted him and has always looked down on his family... I wonder what Murim's Wife will do.

- Laundry Family bonded more as a family

- Airhead Aunt may finally appreciates Bom's Appa 🙂 - he helped bury the money and carried Haraboji down the Famous Hill. I believe the passion is still there and yes, Bom's Appa has now full right to play hard to get 🙂

I can't believe we are only 5 episodes far from the end. Any predictions?

Aunt will get pregnant. 🙂

Of course today we got the sad ver of the OST "In life". Kwon Jin Won's voice always gets me.

1. I don't know what Crosswalk is talking about because after what he did of course Da Rim doesn't have any other option than marry him. It's not guilt, you just raised her standards too high, dude.

2. I almost cried with the car scene and then with the breakfast scene. I loved how the kids were trying to made mom, halmoni and haraboji feel better.
And yes, if something like this happens again let's just ask Tae Ung for money, plox. No more digging.

3. It was about time Tae Ung realized Crosswalk is pure quality and wanted to be close to him.

4. Not gonna lie, I think it was kind of crazy Mu Rim asked his MIL for an apology. I would NEVER talk about what happened that day with her again. I would avoid her so hard.

It's not like she did that to humiliate the family. She's a police officer too. She had a lead (and a freaking good one because your mom did steal the money, dude, you don't remember?) and that's why she arrested Bong Hui. If anything, he should be trying to figure out what else is she planning to do and ruin the whole plan in secret or something? Or maybe he should have tried to convince her to help the family? Like, anything but make more of an enemy?

5. I feel so bad for Su Ji. At this point it's like her mom and Mu Rim have more of a relationship than her with him. She's literally the only one who doesn't know what's happening.
She deserves better.

6. I feel so bad for Kang Ju. I think it would've been better if he just gave his mom any excuse than just to play dumb.

7. I feel like more than Mu Rim and Su Ji, the Crosswalk couple are the ones that will need to play the pregnancy card. I don't see mama Crosswalk accepting their relationship in the last 5 episodes otherwise.

8. Bom's dad hilarious. Pretty sure he'll go back to auntie soon.

Kang-ju has played the hero but now, he's at odds with his mother.
Chairman listens to Tae-woong about working with Kang-ju's company to get ahead of all the other companies who wants to collaborate with them, specially because of Cha-rim. I think Mu-rim getting upset with his MIL is all about the job - he's the detective, she's the chief - and he was the one handling the theft case. She may be doing her job as police chief by putting the 'suspect' in jail but she should also be working with the team, not doing her own.
My tears fell when Bong-hee crumbled in front of her in-laws in the car while the Kangju and Bom's appa turned away. I feel how scared she was in jail and now the relief that she can go free.
For the next episodes, I want (1) Bong-hee to continue with the laundry shop; (2) Airhead Mom to realize how foolish it was to trust in money rather than the people around her (it has been predicted that she wouldn't be at Chairman's side anyway) ; (3) for the Seo-kang apparel to get a bigger office for their business; (4) for the family to fully accept Kang-ju as part of their own.
