The Story of Park's Marriage Contract would be a fantastic first drama for those interested in becoming fans of Korean dramas, using examples created in the early 2020's. It's got all the tropes as they are used now, plus a little extra spice in the form of above-the-knee hanbok fashion and some pretty intense (and amusing) PPL mid-season. The ending is satisifying, especially if you've not seen a lot of previous dramas, and there's a great deal of beauty to behold all around.

Parks Marriage Contract
Show storyline wanted to cry from the beginning.
Actors were so believable, felt like I was watching real story of people's life.
Always kept you on your toes,
Perfect actors for the story.
Made me sad, happy and part of watching history.
Hope to see more in the future.
Loved this show.
Wish I could watch again, without knowing the show.

Forgot, the most fantastic part the fashion. The way they recreated the hanbok was beautiful.

An interesting overview on reincarnation, treating modern and joseon Tae-ha as two different people even though they have a lot in common. A very likable heroine you will root for. A cute side couple adding to the sweetness. Cute and fluffy moments. If you want a light watch, go ahead, but out up with the schemes and enjoy the ride.

Such a wonderful fun one to watch! The leads were awesome in their portrayals and the scenery was beautiful ( fashion included). It left me wanting more which is rare nowadays. The story flowed so naturally and the actors were spot on so it all became as if it really could happen. No jarring past-present jumps. I highly recommend this one for a lovely fun "take me away" story.

A low-risk investment rom-com drama where the main and secondary OTP gave
sweetsafe returns. Mindless watch that can serve as a break time relaxation.Tips:
1. Feel free to skip all scenes without the OTP and the supporting secretary+friend characters because there is nothing innovative about the plot or the villains.
2. Do not expect time travel logic or sensible tie-ins.
My ratings: 7.5/10 (The leads and their good acting/chemistry were worth the time, provided tip #1 is followed)

If you're someone who gets annoyed by plot holes, skip it.
If you have been watching kdramas in the last 10-15 years, this drama reminds me a bit of the older dramas before writers have to respond to an increasingly savvy audience who will pick shows apart. It's a bit overly simplistic (hence the holes, logical leaps, and cliches), but it's got charm up the wazoo, and charm is the quality that I think really describes this drama. It's easy to guess what's going to happen for the most part, but it's so watchable and easy to get invested, you stick around. I think part of that charm is also due to Lee Se-young, who is really the soul of the drama, though the other actors performed well too.
Other things the drama has going for it:
1. the leads have great romantic and emotional chemistry
2. the secretary/friend secondary romance is cute
3. great blend of romance, emotion, and humor
4. beautiful hanboks and modern hanbok-inspired outfits
5. great pacing. At 12 episodes, it's a quick watch and skips the final quarter lag that typically befall 16-episode dramas.
6. nice instrumentals

After an energetic start this drama slowed down and made very little out of a whole lot.
Especially disappointing was that the FL and ML both lost their muchness.
I liked Lee Se-yeoung a lot and wouldn't mind seeing more of her.
