Reasons to watch: As if the thought of Seo In-gook and Park So-dam acting opposite each other wasn’t enough to get one excited, the ensemble cast — most playing our hero’s many forms — includes (but is not limited to): Kim Jae-wook, Lee Jae-wook, Kim Ji-hoon, Sung Hoon, Lee Do-hyun, Choi Siwon, Go Yoon-jung, Jang Seung-jo, and Oh Jung-se. *takes a minute* Our story is something of a fantasy horror, but it also has a strong moral lesson at its core — or at least that’s the vibe they’re giving: Seo In-gook must learn to value the life he held so lightly by trying to stay alive in several different reincarnations of himself. The buzz is high, the premiere is nigh, and thank goodness the second half of the drop has already been scheduled.
TL;DR: Amazing ensemble cast in a dark story about death, life, and do-overs

Oh no why is this a two parter but the gap is not ridiculous. This is one I will follow the weecaps and dip in when I know it’s safe to do so. Intrigued as to what they will keep and what will be changed as it could go funny dark as that would keep the element of the webtoon that made me keep going only missing out on one or two really dark character’s storylines.

The character I am really interested in is being played by Lee Jae-wook, according to DEATH’s GAME Wikipedia page, he plays
“Jo Tae-sang: an aspiring martial arts player who gave up his dream due to his poor family background and being imprisoned for some reason.”.
I loved LJW’s arc in MOVE TO HEAVEN (yes he was in MTH) where he played a young boxer that Lee Je-hoon (former professional boxer) took under his wing. LJW obviously trained because he looked great and his boxing scenes were excellent as were LJH’s.
So in DG he will be playing an aspiring martial artist. If he trained like he did for MTH I am anticipating some great action scenes with LJW.
