If you can think of it like a comedic murder mystery and hold no expectations for serious crime solving or character introspections (or romance) you will probably enjoy yourself. I would consider this “a good head-cold drama.” It’s fun enough to distract you for several hours and your foggy brain should help you forget all the things that get dropped or don’t make sense. 😜

Going into this, keep in mind that you're watching a drama:
1. where psychic powers are exercised by touching people's butts. So expect absurdity.
2. this is primarily a comedy-mystery, even though the leads are quite famous playing romantic roles. The leads start off as pretty much two of the weirdest people in town.
There is still romance, but of the slooooow burn variety, but I think that it is what enables the drama to be fast-paced and funny. The little beats of their camaraderie are totally squeeworthy because the actors have such great chemistry with each other.
You also need to go into this without dissecting the serial killer case too much, because yes, there are holes and some parts aren't fully sketched out. But it also doesn't feel haphazardly done either. There is a lot of intentionality and creativity. The case keeps everyone on their toes as to who did it. I think even if the serial killer reveal is spoiled, it is still worth watching for the deft comedic touches and for appreciating how a scene or a suspect can be perceived differently from the information you have vs the limited information the characters have.
I think this works better as a binge watch. The week-to-week dissection may cause some dissatisfaction. Still, it's one of the few dramas that I've come across where I don't feel tired out by the final quarter. Week after week, I had looked forward to it as much as I did the previous week. I had a lot of fun with it.
Also, you should watch it to fully understand how much we love the Eonni guy.

This show made me laugh, gave me some truly tense moments, kept me on the edge, made me love Lee Min Ki and actively hate some characters. This show cannot not be boxed into a genre. It's DEFINITELY not a rom, it's a com, very much so in the fist half, and then as it progresses, less and less. One of the few shows that made the crime thriller stick the landing. However, had they infused some humour into catching the killer, the show would have truly stood out. As for romance, don't look for it. There is barely any, it's lip service. They wasted the trememdous chemistry between Han Ji Min and Lee Min Ki, and I absolutely hated the last five minutes of this show. But boy, Lee Min Ki looked edibly good, especially in the last four episodes. One extra star just for that
A solid 8 for the star cast, a decent crime thriller and Lee Min Ki and Han Ji Min and the adorable Joo Min-Kyung.

In all fairness, the show is doing great at staying true to it's absurdity; I knew it from the start, but against my better judgement, I went on and now I have to pay for that. Another good point is the cast; particularly the FL, ML and the culprit. You won't have sudden urge to throw something because of poor acting or someone's make-up stands out too much than the rest of the cast. However if you're looking for some good and logical writing, you better find somewhere else, because this one is like a strainer; you lose the fine stuff but still get the big chunks you need, mainly the comedy.

Intriguing to the end as to who the killer was. Good Series, highly recommend.

Above average: cast acting; story pace; injection of humor & quirky town folk.
Good: killer mystery script with many suspects and theories.
Excellent acting by Han Ji Man and the Shaman.
Bad: lack of character growth and change; FL choice of ending toxic relationship unexplained; town characters lives not resolved because of unnecessary and forced comedy cameos.
Series had some good moments but only partially landed the ending.

My rating: 9/10
Warning: Romance between main OTP is very subtle and there is no kissing scene between any of the couples in the drama. If you want a fun drama, but don't want to work your brain or don't want to be dumped with social message, then this is the drama!
In a Kdrama world where most dramas stumble and fall apart in the last quarter, this drama managed to sustain humour and mystery till the end because it did not take itself seriously. The absurd writing is well supported by a splendid cast and there are lots of parody references in the drama that one might blink and miss even if one isn't a kdrama novice.

I loved it. I didn't even mind the lack of or very little romance. The humor just worked for me. Maybe it was because I caught up to the series right before it ended and could watch all episodes within a few days.

A very funny, clever, and cute first half, very weak second half with flashes of its earlier brilliance. 8.0/10 if I'm generous, 7.5/10 if I'm not.

This drama is very unserious and not the typical kdrama out there. But is was funny and there are a lot of LOL moments. More of comedy and thriller and romance is slow burn. This drama is carried by a brilliant ensemble of actors and there are a lot of plot holes but the acting of the cast has more than covered it. If you want to laugh and be intrigue, then you should watch this.

I rate this drama a 7/10
When you reach the episode where they cooperate to solve crimes together it becomes more interesting to watch. But expect not a lot of romance, there is a little bit but they have great chemistry from start to end which is what I found the most important part. The acting was good, the story was good. I had really no complaints except the directing, and also why butts? I guess they tried to put in comedy in it which was fun at times and at other times nerve-wracking
