Reasons to watch: The much acclaimed Shadow Detective returns to Disney+ with a second season, and Lee Sung-min reprises his leading role along with Lee Hak-joo and Kyung Su-jin. But as our detective tries to get to the bottom of the mayhem he’s survived from Season 1, the plot becomes bigger than he first thought. Joining the cast are also Kim Shin-rok, Jung Hae-kyun, Jung Jin-young, and Joo Jin-mo — each adding question marks and layers to the story. Dark, mysterious, and leaning heavily on its human element, the PD emphasized how the story is approached as a human story through the eyes of the main character.

TL;DR: Lee Sung-min returns to complete the work of Season 1

yay Lee Sung-min. I have finished the 1st season, I'll wait for all the eps of this season to be released before watching it.

I haven’t seen the first season but because of Lee Sungmin, I’m looking forward to watching both seasons. Is it too much to ask for him to have a Busan satoori?
