It sounds weird but actually, I enjoy this more than Business Proposal. I started watching both of them. I loved funny moments and second couple so much in BP, however, MPD is such an underrated drama. It has so unique plot and gripping elements. I am not bored at all. No wonder why it is getting high ratings. Maybe till the end we can expect double digit

It reminds me of Live Up to Your Name which had the #1 ratings for tvN in 2017. Yet, b/c it didn't stream on legal platform, no one talked about it. Oddly, MPD is on Viki and has high ratings given it airs Mon-Tues (a slot that doesn't garner high ratings). But the chatter seems rather timid? Both mains are popular too, I guess there's more trendier/more hyped dramas which does occur. The cast said 10% ratings = a special video by the cast.

No Hwa Young trully is a scary villain,the moment when i saw that in fact the prosthetic leg was real and not just prop i knew she cut it off and later in episode 8 we saw how it got to it,such a monster indeed...In some twisted ways i can even say karma got Won Ki Choon after what he did...Must say i love the banter between Bae Man and Kang Ha Jun and adored the reunion of the dog and Bae Man,hope him or Woo Win keeps him in the end...
Now i'm curious what upcoming plans Bae Man has under his sleeve along with Woo In...
This show has such gripping elements intertwined with the more light funny ones adding the OST that is such mood making it my favorite drama at the moment...

I think that Do Bae Man and Cha Woo In revealed their cards too soon but I guess we will just have to see how the show moves on.

No Hwa Young is indeed a scary villain and I really hope her demise will be epic and as painful as all the atrocities she has committed.

I just want to rave about Ahn Bo-hyun 😍. He looks soooo good in those suits and his military uniform. I could honestly watch him walking around 😂

I think she won't have a problem dealing with Yong Moon Gu (she should already be wary of him given how he went around snooping into her business).

I feel like her son will turn on her and ultimately be her downfall. I wouldn't want her as a mother tbh

I didnt like Jo Bo Ah in My Strange Hero and Tale of the Nine Tailed and Ah Bo hyun in Itaewon Class, but after 8 episodes, this drama has changed my opinion about them. I still dislike them in those dramas but here i think they have great chemistry together. I want more scenes with the Doberman too!
