Hey guys, I'm not sure if you know but your videos don't play sound. Like, at all. I haven't tried it on my computer, but in the past few weeks when I try to use the Kocowa videos on your site on my mobile device the sound just doesn't play whatsoever. I think maybe someone on your tech team should take a look just because it's a bit frustrating. Thanks again!

There was another beanie who had trouble with the volume controls, she had to switch mobile browsers to do it, but that would be too inconvenient every time :(

Tried watching both on phone and desktop. Old video post worked well on both but the video posted here only worked on my desktop. I couldn't hear the audio on my phone D:

Hello! Sorry I don't get notifications when someone comments back at me and since I don't check my comments frequently I never see when someone responds. I have an Honor phone. It's also still not working for me! I'm not sure if other people have this issue or not! Thanks!
