What is the Premium Supporter program?
It’s a special program that will create a sustainable support system for our site, and also give our supporters benefits too!
What benefits do I get?
(1) A no-ad experience on our site
(2) A special virtual badge for your profile picture to show your support
How will this support Dramabeans?
Your donation will go towards supporting our Dramabeans writers, staff, and tech team.
It will also go towards helping 13 years of Dramabeans content (recaps, posts, comments and much more) online.
Can I deactivate my Premium Supporter badge?
Use the toggle next to your badge to turn it off completely. You can choose to turn it back on too!
Can I make a one-time or an annual donation?
We’ve added new payment options for both one-time and annual donation as requested. You can check these on our product page.
Subscription/payment
When will I be charged for my subscription?
You will be charged immediately, and it will renew on the date of your purchase the following month (ex. if you subscribed on April 21st, you will be next billed on May 21st)
How can I change my payment information?
Please go to PayPal to change the information directly. All payments are processed through PayPal and we do not have access to your credit card information.
How does the payment system work?
We take your privacy seriously and your personal card details are never stored. Each payment is processed and billed through PayPal.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We use PayPal for payments. We plan to make more payment options available soon.
Cancellation/refund
How do I cancel?
Go to ‘My subscription’ –> Click ‘view’ button –> Press ‘cancel’ button
If you cancel before the next renewal day, you will not be billed for the following month.
Can I get a refund?
Because each donation is tied to viable coupon codes and virtual benefits, we are unable to offer refunds.
