How does Ji Sung do it every time!
Now I think I need a playbook on Ji Sung’s acting skills. Something that would dissect even the minute details. This is just so phenomenal.
Is it too early to call dibs on a Baeksang for best actor?

He really is something.. I have been watching him for years and he is aging like fine wine.. It so happens he gets these OTT roles. But where he shines is the poignant emotional scenes.. he is just too good… I want to go back and watch Familiar Wife again!

I think I am rewatching all his dramas after Adamas. Already queued Dr. John.
My first Ji Sung experience was Secret in 2014 and I liked his strong personality.
Didn’t finish Kill Me Heal Me because Hwang Jung Eum’s screeches were starting to block my ears. Skipped Innocent defendant because I was busy with life and Dr. John just skipped my mind. Looks like I will have to watch those again, just to see him emote alone.
But let us survive episode 16. How will I concentrate at work😨
I agree. Doctor John’s finale had more than a little in common with DDSSLLS’s. It rather soured the experience of what was otherwise a decent enough drama.
How hopeful are you that he gets it next year? If Beanies wish it, it may come to pass. I have realised we have lots of positive energy in this community. Let’s put it to use.

I have always been a fan, but Adamas made him my top favorite (right next to Cho Seung Woo).

Note from experience. While watching Dr John stop at the airport scene near the end, and keep it a great drama and memory.

He’s long been my bias for a reason! Unfortunately, the Baeksang’s don’t seem to appreciate Ji Sung’s acting style.
