You could try to type out your comments in another application and then just paste it in DB and hit send.
Also, perhaps drop a line to [email protected] about the issues you are facing.
Oh no I can’t believe these issues are still a problem on the site I hope they get back to your email with a solution soon. It must be so disappointing to have to sit it out through no fault of your own.
