Did you use the upload button on your composing window? If so, the GIF won’t be auto-playing, we have to click on it to see it moving. If you want the GIF to autoplay, you can post it by using a command line with syntax as below

I went to the page you mentioned and right-clicked on the GIF and chose “Copy image address”, then I obtained the image address below

When this link to the GIF (a.k.a the image address) is put in between the square brackets and the fixed html tag img src= and the straight-down quotation marks, this command line will call the GIF from the source and display it in your post for you wherever you put it.
