I agree with JunHo that the word “Just” is very apt in the title and appears in both the English and Korean title and man, I love his explanation too. It’s the other parts of it that, hmm, maybe it could have been translated this way too?

There is a “rain or shine”?? Man, that annoys me even more. But “Just Between Lovers” kind of doesn’t do the title justice either.

“Rain or Shine” is one of its English titles.If I remember correctly,OSTs in iTunes are listed under this title.
I warmed up to “Just Between Lovers” as a title after reading one of JunHo’s interview translation where he explained

English translations of dramas sometimes miss out in capturing the feelings/emotions of its Korean title
