Thank you, I haven’t heard this before. Australian shows here don’t do that, or at least I’m pretty sure they don’t. The advertisers have their ads every ten minutes or so – you usually three or four together until the next lot. But putting specific products in the television shows? No.
Ah, thank you. I would never have guessed, not in a million years! We don’t have that here in Australia, at least not to my knowledge. AFAIK, television stations rely on ads.

PPL stands for Product Placement. Basically brand advertisements in shows.
