To fill my aching drama hole in my heart I’ve started watching Ode to Joy! The second season is currently airing, but I’ll slowly plod through the first season then jump onto season 2!

      Yep I enjoy the girl power so far! All the ladies are very different, I’ve read comments that there are some slow parts but all 50 episode dramas do lol I can really see myself in Guan Guan and also the older ladies just makes me want to be come them in the future. Their sass and dialogues are pretty good in some parts. Don’t expect many guys, since the focus are on the women, but it’s nice just to see a drama focused well on the females.

            😀 wouldn’t be the first time where i binged 90 episodes in two weeks 🙂 (legend of zhen huan was 80 something episodes and i watched it in like 2 weeks), as long as i like the story and/or characters i’ll be okay 😉

So I finished Boss & Me and now my heart feels empty as you do whenever you finish a drama. If I wanna eat and while watching romance bloom then Boss & Me will be the one to rewatch.

So I watched One Alluring Smile so much I got over Yang Yang’s beautiful face and decided to start watching Boss & Me during my lunch breaks. All I can say is bad idea XD

      Totally agree! I’ve been hearing everyone rave about her acting skills, many say she’s really good so I chose this to be the first work of hers to watch. Apparently she was 27 or so when she filmed this???

    I couldn’t finish Boss and Me. The heroine’s eye brows were very distracting. (IMO) 😛

      Hahah yea they really jumped out at me, but apparently in the book her eyebrows are pretty thick? That’s what I read in some of the comments on youtube.

      I’ll be getting the feels soon too…trying to control myself so I don’t watch it all at once. Will probably jump back to One Alluring smile after this. This couple is alot more mature than the Love O2O couple, which is a nice change.

        they are more mature, allthough i loved love 020 for how they integrated the gaming aspect and the absolute trust between the OTP, i loved boss & me more for the mature and realistic approach of the OTP, my fav scene when the heroine figures out that hero’s parents died on valentine’s day and instead ofmaking more fuss about it , just said that : this day we will honor your parents and every other day will be valentine’s day, <3 and so many more of these tiny golden moments:)

          Yea agreed, the game integration in 020 was done very well. Especially how they showed actual computer gaming scenes that looked believable, while mixing in modern language with semi decent CG. I think if I watched 020 when I was still in Highschool or Uni I’d be super crazy over it. However now that I’m a working adult Boss&Me relates more, especially the focus on work and love life.

          Awww that’s super cute! The female lead is just so lovable, like she could’ve been super annoying but Zanilia Zhao acts so well. I can finally see why so many people like her now. I’m only up to episode five T___T I wish the weekend could come faster so I can start binge watching it lol

Just started watching a Juhan Shuttai! after a long time, lots of feel good emotions. The female lead is amazing, she just brightens your screen & she won the best actress award for this drama too.

Alot of fans have mentioned how beautiful Yang Yang looks when dancing but I never realised how accurate this is. This is for an ad, but from his poise alone you can see how great he is.

      Go go go! Enjoy the fluff while you can because it’s gonna be heartbreaking soon. To be honest the real story starts around episode 28 and that’s when you’ll truly feel all the wait is worth it.

      Omg omg the beginning is slow but so totally worth it! The story is pretty complicated but the drama adaption is better than the book and you’ll be hit with so much feels later on. Hang in there, you’ll get to the good parts eventually!
