        He’s Jang Keun Suk. This photo is from Marry Me Mary (aka Mary Stayed Out All Night) my very favorite drama (don’t listen to @leetennant) of all time. I love it beyond all other dramas despite all the naysayers. It has one other passionate fan, @thatstp. It’s incredibly wacky, full of tropes, full of great music (again, don’t listen to @leetennant), and has my favorite k-drama ending. It’s almost guaranteed that you’d hate it.

          The soundtrack is awesome but which one is the best? The one that sounds like the male lead is Gollum singing to his ring or the one that just says “Mary Mary Mary” over and over again while a cat meows in the background. It’s so hard to choose.

          The thing I remember most from Marry Me Mary is how skinny the guys are… Those tight trousers in winter must have been freezing…

            I have to agree with you on the KJW part; to be more correct, I knew him before that in Coffee Prince, but he also looked cute here. (I used ‘looked’ to signify the past tense as I abandoned the show right after ep4 ended.)

          Now I paused at the exact 1.29 minute into the first ep. I was gobsmacked (I just looked up the word in the Oxford Learner’s Dictionary online a moment ago in search for the most appropriate term) my jaw dropped. I don’t know if I could make it to the end of the first ep.

            Toki, I was like gobsmacked again when he began to lick his blood when he was hit by the car. The horror thing right now is that I kinda like their drinking scene together. They’re weird, like real weird, but they seem to be compatible.

            This is gonna be my introduction to Moon Ga-young and the ML, so I’m hoping for the best. But did you make it to the end?

            @mmmmm I somehow made it to the end. I survived by reading @leetennant‘s comments on the recap thread I think.
            I also made a deal with Muggy to watch FULL HOUSE TAKE 2 if I watched MARY (still waiting on Muggy to complete her part of the deal). The best thing in the drama is the My Precious song and JGS’ hair.

            @wishfultoki I am about to finish the second ep, and I’m a bit shocked I didn’t hate it as much as I thought I would (you know when someone said you’re gonna hate it so you ended up not hating it. Something like that.) It really has the old-school vibe, and I just love MGY. Her character is cute: Hard-working and optimistic. I think ML is charming, too. But I like FL a lot more.
