The cast of suits are slayyyying. This drama is so beautifully shot! And I love love love the fact that the hot dog stand turned into a toast truck 😂 It’s on point y’all. Look at these colors!
Yep. 100% agree! Especially the scene where “mike” hyungshik walks in on his first day. So well done. 👌👌 it was a highlight of the original series too. Glad they kept it
Glad to know I’m not the only one who loved the toast truck- that’s where “Harvey: and “Mike” met up for discussions and general bickering over “Mikes” bicycle as a mode of transport.
Haha glad I’m not the only one too. Soon as I saw it I was like yesssss and then had a good old chuckle. I really like the balance they’ve managed to keep between copy and, well, cover (for lack of a better word)
Yes! I’m loving how they incorporated new scenes like the police actually entering the room and questioning “Mike” (I haven’t learnt the names yet) and then receiving a well thought out counter argument about the legalities of the situation. I was kinda sad they skipped the card playing scene but it was still really good. I’m hoping “Rachel” won’t be the traditional Kdrama girl but everything so far has been really enjoyable.
I may have cheered a bit too loudly when I saw the toast truck! I’m not one to nitpick drama details but yeah, the first episode made me pay close attention to everything they’re doing/showing to us. I’m glad they’re doing things their way but at the same time sprinkling feeling of familiarity from the source material.

This director knows how to direct slickly and capture the mood and tone of each drama he directs. I also love the music choices
