Day 16. My guilty pleasure ☺

I wasn’t going to write anything for this prompt because I’m totally okay liking all kinds of things without feeling guilty 😄🤷‍♀️.

But a conversation on the WWW thread reminded me that I watched a lot of extremely mid c-dramas solely to look at all the pretty people 🤣

I don’t feel guilty about it but I do feel the need to share so here’s some pretty people as a bonus…

    You know, there has been a serious shortage of k-drama male leads with manes of glory over the past few years, and period c-dramas do an excellent job of making up for that.

      They really are! Though Xu Kai has talked about having to get a hair transplant of sorts because all the wigs were receding his hairline 😬.

        I hate to think how much work goes into wig and hair maintenance to get all those glorious flowing locks. I also always wonder how actors don’t get tangled up in them during their more physical scenes.

          Maybe they do 😂 and we just get the perfect take. But yeah it must take hours to keep them sorted.

    I can watch anything with “Zhang Linghe”, because he is an absolute feast to look at. Not a guarantee that I will finish the show, but I will pick it up just for him.

    He was beautiful (exquisite) in “My Journey to you”.

      🤝. I even watched 4 whole episodes of Sparkle Love back when it came out and that was true dross
