i hate “lipstick” fl’s mom so bad im literally trembling with rage. me the one that rarely hate even the evil mil in kdramas, her character just hit too close to home. what an accomplishment
I agree-she is a totally toxic and sick woman. For some reason though, I wonder if she is developing dementia on top of everything else as she is just so unstable.
At some point I hope we learn why she keeps telling her daughter NO MEN.
Overall I can’t say that I hate her, but she is really hard to watch and have any sympathy for.
I think she fears a man would “steal” Song-ah’s affection and attention from her, but I hope there will be a more grounded reason.
I was sorry for her because of her husband’s behavior, but I can’t stand the way she relied on a teenager stealing her time and carefreeness because she – the mother, the adult – needed company and care.
