      I always was Nam Do San team, but I have a friend who doesn’t like that drama as much as I do (and only because the FL’s love interest wasn’t who she liked). So she’ll be very happy with this new chance (I guess).

        It is just that the manner in which Han Ji-pyeong was written and the younger version played by Nam Da-reum gave rise to a lot of misunderstandings while live watching. Compounded by the fact that Nam Do-san as the ML took a while coming to the fore. Watched as a binge the OTP is much clearer. 😅😂

          I binge-watched it. It was one of my first k-dramas so I really didn’t know that the childhood connection was a thing in Dramaland (but I had already watched one or two shows which showed it).

          Since the first moment Do San appeared, when that cherry blossom petal entered through his window, I thought “he is the ML here”.

    I saw this announcement a couple of days ago! Has this ever happened before, or is the international response to LR just too big for Netflix not to take notice?

      Netflix does pick up dramas from time to time. For example Brain Works, Miraculous Brothers and some other dramas from last year suddenly popped up in Netflix.

        I’d never seen one pop up this quickly before. I thought it was usually at least a year before they got the rights if it wasn’t one they had when it premiered. Regardless, I hope more people are able to watch it now!

          I have noticed a few C-dramas and J-dramas picked up by Netflix mid-airing. I haven’t noticed this with K-dramas because if I’m interested in it I’m already watching it *ahem* elsewhere. 😅 You are right generally it takes around a year. With the obvious amount of buzz I guess they must have fast forwarded the process. 😊

    i feel its international love for the drama.. Netflix do air Kdramas but its only after a significant time passes.. this soon i never seen any just finished kdrama on Netflix…
    so i guess its a better thing for international audience to get more dramas in future

Re-watching Park Hye Ryun\”s While You Were Sleeping and quite miss the era of her dramas with Lee Jung Suk as the main lead,Lee Sang Yeob was fantastic in it while we got Jung Jae In all killer smile!

Lovely Runner became one of my top favorite in years perhaps! While there were countless dramas each year that i loved or liked this one went beyond!
