Beanie level: Eunuch in drag

JooMan’s got himself a fantastic McDonald’s lawsuit if he wants it. #FMW #IMaybeKnowALawyer

…but she has a cell phone and there’s a window? I don’t see how this plan is properly thought through, young fellow. #Lookout

Oh, but you forgot that no one ever charges their phone, so their batteries die with no warning, also reception is difficult to find in the middle of Seoul (even with a window) 🙄.

Of course this will happen. And of course no one will notice she’s missing and no one has been watching the CCTVs on that school obsessively and no one will ever notice that she NEVER left the school because there’s not a CCTV on the front gate. (By which I mean, this whole missing daughter is just to make sure we have enough action to get us through the last two eps because the show just about wrapped up today.) #FreeJoSooJi #MoreButtKickingNOW

I don’t understand shipping complete strangers in real life just because they faked a relationship in front of a camera. It baffles me and in some ways I find it creepily intrusive. C’est la vie.

I find that weird as well! I love rooting for on-screen characters (that’s the point, right?) and, of course, if actors end up dating then I’m happy for them (it’s not my business to say otherwise). If you imagine it happening to you: some complete stranger ships you with someone you work with based things you did as part of your job. There is something uncomfortable about that.

But I’m also the kind of person who consumes almost all entertainment (Korean, US, Japanese, TV, film, music and the like) without really looking much into the personal lives of the actors/musicians/singers behind it. Do I watch the occasional variety show? Sure. But I think some distance from who they are as real people, as you say, strangers, is probably the healthier thing to do for all parties. (Maybe, I’ve been studying too much psychology lately…)

I’m glad that I’m not the only kdrama fan who ships couples on-screen, but not off-screen. I think it’s their life, they can love anyone they want as long as they’re happy.

Yeap. I like for actors to be allowed to perform their craft and live their lives in peace & privacy.
If they want to share some of their private world RAD if not also RAD.
I’m all about the on screen couples/bromances etc and if they do happen to have an outside work relationship that they wish to share I will spend a moment of my life congratulating them, send out some good energy then I’ll move on to something else.

Aera’s black suit makes her look like she’s going to a funeral. Funny that, eh? More clothing foreshadowing in this show. #FMW

Nevermind. I’ve figured it out. Joo Man and Dong Man have ONE set of sheets between them that they share! #SheetWatch #FMW

What is it with these Korean boys and their lack of sheets!? #FMW

I noticed that and did research! It must be a quilted fitted sheet. Evidence: https://youtu.be/RmqRpX4i0hM?t=1m30s
I saw the same kind on Joo-Man’s bed when they showed the sides.

I love that you researched. But I really do think JooMan and DongMan are sharing one set of sheets between them.

It must be Korea in general. In every drama I notice they only ever use a comforter – not even a duvet or most importantly a top sheet. They even sleep on the decorative nice shams instead of the sheet pillow cases. I don’t understand. Especially if you have no A/C and its a thousand degrees. In every drama I notice this – and it bugs. me. every. time.

I’m clearly on “minor background detail in kdrama” Watch. First BongHee’s closet in #SuspiciousCliche and now JooMan and DongMan’s sheets in #FMW.

But I totally get it. Sometimes you just fixate on one small thing and you start noticing it more and more. It can drive you batty!

Oh, idk about that… now that things are coming to a close, I don’t see why she’d be jumping and running around risking her life, unless it’s to catch that lil’ creep.

#Lookout is starting to feel an awful lot like Yongpal to me. It was awesome when the main character was kicking butt, but when the story pivoted to the other lead, it lost what attracted me to it.

Yong Pal was much better imo. Maybe that was due to my love for Kim Tae Hee, and I love to see more complex female character in kdrama, that’s why I didn’t mind when the story pivoted to female lead instead. I already dropped Lookout last week, because the only reason I loved first half of drama mainly because of the trio. The story itself is also intriguing, and not bad, bur somehow I lost interest , maybe it’s quite predictable

Oh man, I thought YongPal was a disaster. The ultimate bait and switch. I’m starting to feel that with Lookout the further we get from JSJ kicking butt and getting justice for her daughter’s m urder and the deeper we get into Dohan’s vendetta.

I hope it’s really laundry day rather than he got used to Seul-hee doing this for him, but then maybe he did.

Funny thing is in a scene two shots later, there’s a sheet on the bed in the background while he’s packing up Seol hee’s stuff.

I’m just sitting here keeping a running dialogue in my head of everything the foreign trainer is thinking while everyone around him acts ridiculous. For the record, it’s hilarious. #FMW

What kind of food is “Chi-Mec?” JM and YeJin are sitting in this restaurant and I’m totally distracted by trying to figure out if it’s some unholy combination of Chinese and Mexican food. #FMW
