Mixed feelings about Ep 10 of Because This is My First Life. One-sided love is always so difficult to watch! If that kiss in the ep 11 preview turns out to be in her imagination, I\’ll hit something.

    I’m purposefully keeping expectations low—especially with the show’s history of using previews two episodes ahead! (I say this after watching the ep. 11 preview about … ten times.)

      Haha, I think I felt a little down in this episode mainly because of Ji-ho’s mother-in-law acting like such a typical mother-in-law – I hate that regressive mindset! All the other scenes were great, and the characters continue to make a deeper impression on me. <3

      Hahaha! I love both their expressions when they think the other is bonkers, as well as the background music in both scenes – there’s just a dog barking – it makes it so deadpan funny.

    I looove the fact that her liking him doesn’t change the fact that she finds him obnoxious. too many times, kdramas play it off as if one’s love interest mysteriously becomes flawless. He was being overly analytic and she basically rolled her eyes at him, and I DIG that.

      Yeah, that’s one of the best parts about this show, that they are such quiet, thoughtful people, who understand each other so well – and that’s how the nature of their relationship is shaping out as well.

Watched Very Ordinary Couple, because the Lee Min-Ki fangirling has begun. If I thought Nam Se Hee is repressed in Because This Life Is Our First, man, does Lee Dong-hee make up for it in this movie!

    I’ve been wanting to watch that movie ever since finding out about LMK, but haven’t gotten around to do so. Guess I know what I’ll be watching while suffering waiting for BTLIOF this weekend.

        Soooo, I watched Very Ordinary Couple yesterday…
        The characters’ pettiness and foul mouths made it really hilarious, but it was also achingly real.
        I really enjoyed it.
        (PS: Dunno how I feel about the end though)

      Oh this hasn’t been revealed yet – I guessed this from some hints dropped in ep 12. But yes, if it’s true – this must be what his secret is, and if so, he must have lied when he applied to become a police officer. :/
