        this might be a stupid question but what do you mean by bean? I’ve seen it a lot but never really understood it haha

          It means that for every show you completed you get a bean. At the end of the year DB has a “bean count” where you can give your beans to your favourite shows. I only have 5 beans so far this year. Hope that helps!

            I’m on 4, but I’m hoping to snag another 3 with Alice, Record of Youth and Seongwu’s More Than Friends/Number of Cases. Sad to say there haven’t been any historical dramas on my list this year 🙁

    the noble idiocy really annoyed me and I just don’t understand how aejung could just embrace daeoh after he went off the grid for TWO WHOLE YEARS. literally. what on earth?! make it make sense…

    and hear me out @writers, but if the central conflict was to do with this whole idea of abandonment/leaving people behind/etc., why would you just write that all over again and then have it suddenly be ok? what… what motivation could aejung possibly have for trusting daeoh again? and I’m saying this honestly as someone who was largely sympathetic towards daeoh over the course of the show

    I couldn’t get through the first 15 minutes so I will just read a recap, I went so far as 15 episodes of shaking my head but enough is enough.

      I pretty much fast-forwarded through a good part of the first 15-20 min LOL… I only stuck around to collect the bean

    My love for Song Ji Hyo got me through it!
    The story was just 😩 *sigh…
    I am relieved that it was done and I will never going to recommend it to others.
    I was looking into my 2020 beans list, this is the only ‘bad’ bean so far.

      no way I would recommend this either! it’s so weird because I saw people on twitter saying it was really good and I was thinking… huh? did we watch the same drama?

        That’s the beauty of being in DB, I can post that I didn’t enjoy the drama and everyone’s ok with it. But when I tweet it, I get a lot of hate.

    It was about as stupid as the rest of the drama, so I guess I got exactly what I expected

      pfffttt. I actually was holding out hope that we’d get a predictable but decent ending. I can’t believe I was wrong. The ending was so stupid. Thank god it’s over.
