Time to say goodbye to the beautiful gem of a show that is Nokdu Flower. It was pretty damn near perfect. From beginning to end, it was poignant and hopeful, reminding us how powerful the people can be when they unite and fight. I won’t be forgetting this one anytime soon.
It’s definitely going down as one of my all-time favorites. I was honestly surprised that it didn’t lose steam like many shows do. But the writing (as well as the acting and production) stayed fantastic all the way through.
The writing, acting, directing and production is topnotch, and this all in such an understated unassuming way that makes it so much better.
And is it only me or does the sound really have a fantastic movie-like feel and quality?

I am only at episode 26 and I can easily say it is one of the best shows ever. I’m glad to read it keeps its quality to the end.

Exactly. And no, it’s not just you. I thought there was a cinematic feel to it from the beginning as well.
