Once upon a time … while wandering in a dramaland amusement park I came to a strange realization that uri MLs are actually, truly and really little boys.
The MLs happen to just love playing arcade and other games. They are are surprisingly fond of wearing those cartoon / animal headbands🐯 🐻 🐰🦊 🐼🦒 which apparently one just has to wear not only in amusement parks in dramaland but also in RL as part of fan service in fan meetings.
Our MLs are also often caught randomly hanging on to an entire bunch of sigh, no not girls screaming OPPA aaaaa butballoons.🎈🎈
Waeyo!? I would love to know if anyone of you can share the reasoning behind this seemingly random item.
Our MLs also love a sugar rush which it seems that only lollipops can provide!! 🍭 😳
Although some being a bit more health conscious uri MLs do sometimes pose with some random or unrelated fruits. 🍎🍐🍊🍇🍒🍓
No bling is too much for our MLs as there is at least one glitter jacket if not ten random glittery, sparkly and shiny pieces of clothing which are a must-have in a MLs closet. 🌟🧥👖🌟

The way he’s supporting the chopsticks even with his pinky finger makes me wonder if he once broke a finger so said finger isn’t as strong anymore so he needs the pinky for support when holding his chopsticks

It’s adorable that his way of comfort whenever he has to fly for work used to be him bringing a stuffed animal (preferrably a FAT ONE) with him on the flight. Who knows, maybe said stuffed animal does double duty as a pillow if XZ needs a nap
I’m pretty sure that if he could, he would totally bring his little kitty cat with him wherever he went as his PLUS ONE or sidekick or accessory, but alas, he can’t. So what DOES a superstar like him put into his bag for accessories– practical or not?

Going back down the road of random accessories: XZ is a man ahead of his time– he knew to accessorize with a whale even before it became popular in dramas (most notably, Extraordinary Attorney Woo)
But honestly, never ever ever get in-between a man and his trusty fan, especially when he has to film a costume drama in the middle of the summer and his outfit is dark colours and thick material 🥵
He was indeed trying to nom on his fan 🤣🤣 A bad habit of his. He filmed that ^ drama in 2018 and thereโs pics of him behind the scenes filming a drama in 2020 and he was still doing it 😅😅 Maybe that is why heโs the Bunny Boyโ because he bites down on everything!
These days there is a new glitch. We can see our display name and time of the comment but no text. After a few mins the text is visible after a couple of refreshes.

I like people who enjoy their food and eat with relish. It is the attitude which makes the food tasty. These posts are like my comfort food which we can come back to anytime we need a pick-me-up. 😊❤
I gave in and looked it up… Homeplus is a big retail chain, so the fruit does actually make sense. (I’m very behind the times- apparently Carrefour has left both SK and Mainland C.)
Actually I’ve realized what you actually need to pull off these super ridiculous look is just confidence and a certain nonchalance which he has in spades. Only Lee Dong-wook and perhaps Lee Min-ho can do the same.
Kim Namgil has a pic where he was wearing a glitter dress (yes, dress!) and boots and chin-long hair, which looks very funny. But I don’t know the context of that pic.
You know these picture posts have brought me to an unexpected appreciation for Lee Min Ho.
I never knew he has so much charisma in photos. No wonder fans have been going wild over him nonstop since 2009.
That last pic with the pink balloon can easily beat LDW, or anyone, on any day!
Well whatever one may say about his acting skills (or lack thereof) he does photograph really really well. There are very few people IRL leave alone actors who the camera loves and Min-ho is 💯 one of them.
We I have seen professional athletes balance like this so it is not impossible since our MLs are in physically great shape. But it is obviously very tough. I won’t be surprised to know it was photoshopped.
In official photos I often find them weird and unnatural, and quickly scroll past 😂
The headbands and any other pink girly thing they are made to put on in fan meetings and other such events at the request of their fans irritate me to no end. I have heard many celebs say we don’t know why our fans want us to wear this but we obey. Why should they?? Why do the fans do this to them? I don’t even find it cute, and it makes me a bit angry on the bahalf of the celebs who constantly have to do it without complaint.
I do find some pics good but as it isn’t often I usually don’t look very carefully! 😂

I feel the same way‼️‼️ rides on their backs, long hugs, silly things. They are humiliating to me. But they are getting paid a lot by those fans so they tolerate it. At the end of the day they can walk away with their dignity knowing they gave people what they paid for. The fans on the other hand should be embarrassed and mortified that they made another human being do this😤😤😤
I’m all for treating them with respect, but to me ‘silly’ and ‘respect’ are two different things. Silly is just silly and fun, something to smile about. A long hug might be a lack of respect (latching onto someone you don’t actually know is rude). Expecting a celebrity to always be smiling, accosting them in a public place (not a fanmeet) is a lack of respect. But a silly headband makes me laugh. If the celebrity is willing to put it on, why not? It’s a small item ( easy to put on and off) and maybe the fan gets a photo (look! he put on the headband I brought!) and maybe they get to take the headband home again as a souvenir that has been in their hero’s hands for two minutes (which is where it starts to get slightly weird for me, but hey, people buy celebrity clothing at auction, which is really weird)
I 💯 agree that silly and respect are two entirely different things. Our artists really undergo a lot during filming. In comparison headbands are nothing but innocuous harmless fun. Personally speaking it would be nice if fans didn’t bring them but then it is sort of a done thing and pretty inoffensive compared to a long hug or any bodily touching or accosting the artists in their personal time when they are off-duty.

It must be something in one of the photos I keep trying. I just will toss those so I don’t keep bringing this warning up. Sorry to have that showing. I didn’t have any words!!!
Lynn, DB sometimes detects inappropriate words in the URLs, which of course doesnโt make sense, but that how DB works. When that happens, you can download the pic and upload it to imgur to get a replacement address. Thatโs what I often do. Tumblr links are notorious for that reason because they are very long and easily cause errors of DB type.
No worries Lynn it just happens sometimes. The error message that “you have posted +1 inappropriate word” is only for your information and it disappears after a while. Sadly it doesn’t identify which is the inappropriate word so we have to play a guessing game. This involves trying to post one paragraph / picture at a time to identify the offending sentence / picture then I try to re-word the sentence / get a new picture link and re-post it. While Sicarius has helped identify certain words which may trigger the spam filter which prevents the comments for posting we are not really sure which pictures trigger the spam filter. Hence, as @claire2009 said it is best to get another link for the picture and try to re-post.
Iโm so glad to know they disappear. I would have tried the pictures separately but I didnโt want to take the chance that the message would be on many times. Always learning. Thank you
He actually doesnโt play the drums XD He did learned the basics of the violin when he was a kid, though!! He was also an artist (he painted, he drew/sketched) and he also did professional photography and was a graphic designer by trade before entering showbiz. I think itโs a thing that people who paint and draw also do XD Because I paint and draw and will fidget and fiddle with my stuff, especially my pencils so I know hahaha

To be honest, I don’t connect with these items.
In official photos I often find them weird and unnatural, and quickly scroll past 😂
The headbands and any other pink girly thing they are made to put on in fan meetings and other such events at the request of their fans irritate me to no end. I have heard many celebs say we don’t know why our fans want us to wear this but we obey. Why should they?? Why do the fans do this to them? I don’t even find it cute, and it makes me a bit angry on the bahalf of the celebs who constantly have to do it without complaint.

I feel the same way‼️‼️ rides on their backs, long hugs, silly things. They are humiliating to me. But they are getting paid a lot by those fans so they tolerate it. At the end of the day they can walk away with their dignity knowing they gave people what they paid for. The fans on the other hand should be embarrassed and mortified that they made another human being do this😤😤😤

I’m all for treating them with respect, but to me ‘silly’ and ‘respect’ are two different things. Silly is just silly and fun, something to smile about. A long hug might be a lack of respect (latching onto someone you don’t actually know is rude). Expecting a celebrity to always be smiling, accosting them in a public place (not a fanmeet) is a lack of respect. But a silly headband makes me laugh. If the celebrity is willing to put it on, why not? It’s a small item ( easy to put on and off) and maybe the fan gets a photo (look! he put on the headband I brought!) and maybe they get to take the headband home again as a souvenir that has been in their hero’s hands for two minutes (which is where it starts to get slightly weird for me, but hey, people buy celebrity clothing at auction, which is really weird)

I 💯 agree that silly and respect are two entirely different things. Our artists really undergo a lot during filming. In comparison headbands are nothing but innocuous harmless fun. Personally speaking it would be nice if fans didn’t bring them but then it is sort of a done thing and pretty inoffensive compared to a long hug or any bodily touching or accosting the artists in their personal time when they are off-duty.

Lynn, DB sometimes detects inappropriate words in the URLs, which of course doesnโt make sense, but that how DB works. When that happens, you can download the pic and upload it to imgur to get a replacement address. Thatโs what I often do. Tumblr links are notorious for that reason because they are very long and easily cause errors of DB type.

No worries Lynn it just happens sometimes. The error message that “you have posted +1 inappropriate word” is only for your information and it disappears after a while. Sadly it doesn’t identify which is the inappropriate word so we have to play a guessing game. This involves trying to post one paragraph / picture at a time to identify the offending sentence / picture then I try to re-word the sentence / get a new picture link and re-post it. While Sicarius has helped identify certain words which may trigger the spam filter which prevents the comments for posting we are not really sure which pictures trigger the spam filter. Hence, as @claire2009 said it is best to get another link for the picture and try to re-post.

He actually doesnโt play the drums XD He did learned the basics of the violin when he was a kid, though!! He was also an artist (he painted, he drew/sketched) and he also did professional photography and was a graphic designer by trade before entering showbiz. I think itโs a thing that people who paint and draw also do XD Because I paint and draw and will fidget and fiddle with my stuff, especially my pencils so I know hahaha
