Makes sense! Wow ok thanks so much for clearing that up =) I think possibly it's my own problem - I know the different between ?? and ???? for example, but I often hear people say it without the -hae even when they mean 'like', not 'good', so it's not inconceivable that I'd skip the -hae in this case either

Omg. Yes. Exactly. It really really bugs me when in KBS World they put the character's name instead of their relation to the other person? And in Korean there are about 75 million ways to say 'person' (yeah OK that's an exaggeration) but it almost always gets translated as 'him' and it really drives me nuts. Because for example in Dalja's Spring, the affection with which Dalja refers to Taebong as 'keu nyeosok' is totally lost. Thank you for this post!

Ohh yeah I know that word as in greasy! Like, smarmy, right? Thanks =) Except I often hear it as neukkyeo, is there a difference, with and without the -hae?

I agree! A HUGE proportion of the music in my mp3 player is Korean music, and most of that OSTs? I think OSTs have the advantage of the emotional attachment you associate with them after weeks of following the drama, and they're a good way of exposing yourself to more artistes haha

Hm, I'm not sure about neukkyeo, i think that's a different word. Do you read Korean? "Sleazy" or "smarmy" is 느끼해 (standard form 느끼하다). Neukkyeo (느껴) would be a conjugation of the word 느끼다, which is a different verb meaning "to feel."
So neukki-hae or neukki-hada, or to be even more slang, wang neukki (king sleaze) all means sleazy, cheesy.
Neukkyeo or neukki-da means to feel something (an emotion). Does this make sense?
Unless I'm totally wrong and someone will correct me!! :)

Is there more stuff by W & Whale, nothing showed up on Google, OST's have the best music in my opinion because there is variety. Even if I like a group hearing them in every song gets tiring, but not when it comes to Nell, Loveholic, or Classiquai though...
