Jung Da-bin made her entertainment industry debut in a commercial film for Baskin-Robbins in 2003, earning her the nickname “Ice Cream Girl.” She then made her acting debut in the 2005 MBC drama Wonderful Life and has since appeared in several TV series and films. In 2015, she played the young version of Hwang Jung-eum’s character and also her younger sister in the high-rating MBC romantic comedy She Was Pretty. In 2016, she was named Best Young Actress at the MBC Drama Awards for her portrayal of the young counterpart of Jin Se-yeon’s character in the sageuk Flower in Prison. In 2020, she became part of the main cast of the Netflix series Extracurricular. That same year, she starred in the JTBC teen drama Live On.
