Ahn Eun-jin began her acting career on stage before transitioning to the small screen through a minor role in the 2018 JTBC medical series Life. In 2019, she appeared in six dramas, most notably OCN’s Hell Is Other People and JTBC’s Diary of a Prosecutor. In 2020, she played a supporting character in the JTBC romantic drama More Than Friends. Also in 2020, she joined the hit tvN series Hospital Playlist and reprised her role in its second season, which aired the following year. Her performance in the series earned her a Best New Actress nomination at the 7th APAN Star Awards.

In 2021, Ahn Eun-jin landed her first leading role in the JTBC melodrama The One and Only. In 2023, she starred in JTBC’s The Good Bad Mother and MBC’s My Dearest, with the latter earning her a Best Actress nomination at the  60th Baeksang Arts Awards.

Ahn Eun-jin attended the Korea National University of Arts.
