    It wouldn’t surprise me if she does.

    Or she just thought it would be nice for Rim to have someone around that was around his age for his birthday.

      i’m betting she knows. the eunuch is probably on her payroll. remember how he staged that dream from Rim? that had to be under her order. so maybe he’s told her their connection too. (i think both eunuch and DQ genuinely love Rim tho)

    I think she does know, or at least have some suspicions about it. She must know that Rim doesn’t interact with many women except the court ladies and female historians. And it seems like her court lady is updating her regularly about what happens around the palace, so she probably knows he interacted the most with Hae Ryung.

    I do not think much goes on without the dowager Queen knowing. She didn’t show any surprise when Rim told her he already had a woman in his heart.

    Since you mentioned ‘snack time’ i’m guessing you have already watched ep 33/34. Do you also think queen dowager was the mastermind behind the attack on prince Dowon? I don’t know what she hoped to achieve but i have a feeling it’s not councillor Min but her.
