My last comment is waiting for moderation and i really can’t understand why: i have never break the rules in my comments to my knowledge?
Can someone from the staff @mary maybe explain why?
I’ve had that happen sometimes too. The last time, I think it was because I had tagged a lot of people in a comment section (that hasn’t happened to me on the fanwall). Don’t worry. I’m sure Mary will fish your comment out of moderation and it will be posted soon. It usually only takes a few hours 🙂
@raonah Thank you for your help!
My comment has been posted since then.:)
But it’s not comfortable to interact this way with the other beanies: it feels like i’m being suspected.
Hopefully, it won’t happen again.
It shouldn’t happen very often. I think it’s only happened to me 3 times in two years. There’s just certain things that trigger it I guess. I hope it doesn’t happen again 🙂
She is right, some stuff trigger it like too many links, some keywords, certain word patterns, non-English character, etc those are the ones I noticed, but there could be others. It doesn’t mean the system hates you. It’s just an automated thing. It doesn’t discriminate. I once joked about uhm… performance enhancement meds and got snagged by the filter. So even I’m not immune to it. :((
The spam filter goes through thousands of comments a day. Statistically speaking, it will get some of them wrong. It doesn’t mean someone has it out for you. There’s a section about it in our commenting policy here http://www.dramabeans.com/commenting-policy/
With @mary ‘s luminous explanation, it seems really insignificant now and i feel stupid…
It’s just that it never happened to me before (and i’m on DB since a very long time) and i’m easily worried. Thanks again for taking time to share your experience.:)
😊 it’s happened tons of times to me. I’ve lost count. Statistically that makes sense – you’ve got under 300 comments, I’ve got… umm crap im way too active … 14370 🤦
@greenfields I’ve been on DB since almost the start of the blog but i’m not the kind to post a lot, personality wise.
Your numbers are however very impressive.
My first drama was a j-drama Glass no Kamen and i think it was around 2002. I’m a old lady 🙂
But to be honest, i haven’t watched a lot of dramas compared to our fellow beanies who are drama addictx. At best around 70.
I spent years without watching anything because consuming is not really in my habits.

Whoa. That’s truly impressive. 🙂 How long have you been watching dramas for?
