It might be just the shows streamed through kocowa on Viki cause I’ve been able to on some but some of them don’t let me

i took screen shots on netflix when i downloaded the episode
I had them downloaded but I was connected to the internet maybe that’s why it didn’t work
oh yeah if the internet is connected it still uses it even if you download it
