WooHoo I’m all caught up with APAD 😄 I love Bo-young! I love Nam-woo! I love our radiology duo! And I love love love the poems and how perfectly they fit into the story ❤️ Bo-young is one of my favorite characters ever. She’s so full of kindness, compassion, and empathy and it’s great to see people like Chief and Dr. Ye letting her know what a wonderful thing that is.
I want all the characters to be happy, but I’m especially cheering on Nam-woo. Most of the time his “10 years ago when my family went bankrupt…” line is more amusing than anything but ep 12 was a reminder of how sad his situation is. At least Alligator wasn’t ready to say “see ya later” just yet 🐊
My other fav is Joo-yong. Or Dae-bang? Joo-yong? Dae-bang? They’re funny, but I really hope Joo-yong, Joo-yong can overcome his procrastinating ways. I say this as I sit here, not preparing for my own exam, after a whole day of ignoring the fact I even have an exam to prepare for.
Heh, and I don’t think you can talk about this show without mentioning the ships 😉 I’ll stick that in the comments though because this post is getting long.
I like Min Ho and he’s really matured in the past few eps. Dr. Ye in love is hilarious and he and Bo-young are so cute together. My heart, though, flutters for neither ship so it’s off to the island for me. I blame the writing, because most of the dramas I’ve seen are pretty clear when it comes to the otp but here idk so I think that’s what’s really keeping from being invested in either pairing. Honestly, I almost lowkey ship Bo-young and Nam-woo haha, like not in the show as it is right now but their little friendship moments are cute. But anyway, as long as Bo-young is happy I’m happy, whether it’s Ye-line, MinHoYoung, or just the happiness of having awesome friends and a full-time job.
