Oh Waikiki, you’re one big yo-yo with crazy mood swings. One minute I’m laughing my head off, the next one I feel all warm and fuzzy. Your characters are loony most of the time, but swoon-y in some. You always throw over-the-top situations at us and still manage to sneak in sensible lessons through them. You maybe predictable in some plots, but erratic in everything else that I embrace whatever the brilliant actors pull out from their sleeves, be it in exaggeration or in subtlety.
